Vista mozzafiato sul Golfo e il passo di questa 6 ° piano GOLFO diretto ANTERIORE Unità situato a Phoenix VI Condomini a Orange Beach. Si può vedere miglia di acque del Golfo, per Dolphin guardando o godere di vedere le barche galleggiano da. Una cucina completamente funzionale è a portata di mano e offre tutto ciò che è necessario per rendere i pasti in famiglia. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 4 con un arredamento che è elegante e contemporaneo. Un bar per la colazione per 2 aggiunge ancora più spazio per tutta la famiglia. Un ampio soggiorno con un sacco di comodi posti a sedere, che lo rende un luogo perfetto per stabilirsi in dopo le lunghe giornate giocoso in spiaggia! Sia il master e camera degli ospiti sono dotate di televisori a schermo piatto, e Dish Network offre 200 canali.
Quando si entra in questa unità meravigliosamente arredate, si tornerà indietro dalla vista mozzafiato sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca, acque cristalline, e una splendida vista del passaggio. L'open space consente di fornire un pasto favoloso mentre socializzare con gli ospiti nella zona giorno e di fornire una vista d'acqua meraviglioso.

La camera da letto principale offre un grande e confortevole letto king size, un grande schermo piatto, un bagno annesso con 2 vanità, accesso al balcone e vista frontale sulla spiaggia.

La camera degli ospiti dispone di due letti matrimoniali, tv a schermo piatto, e un ampio bagno in allegato.

Nice, clean condo. Location is great. Kathy was nothing short of amazing. We had a small fridge/freezer issue and she was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

We couldn't have been more happy with our stay! The condo was beach side and very family oriented. We were very pleased and had no complaints reference the accommodations. Exactly as listed! The owner was on top of everything and provided every detail we needed to make our stay trouble free from start to finish. Definitely exceeded our expectations. We can't thank you enough for making our stay a memorable one!!

My husband, myself and our 3 daughters enjoyed our week In this unit. Everything we needed was located inside the condo, my girls were able to have their own space and of course, there were plenty of necessities provided. My only suggestion would be new furniture. The couch and the chairs were very uncomfortable just because of the wear and tear on them, which I know is not any fault of the owners. Kathy was very responsive any time I had questions. Great place to stay!

The check-in process was a bit of a mess, the agent they use would not get back for a while or forget to get back to us. The unit was not bad, but it was dirty. The dust build up on the closet rack, and the ceiling fan was disgusting. The pantry area, i would not put anything in because of how unclean it was. During the checkout process, we were told checkout was at 10am. We were in the process of taking our belongings down to the car, when I went back up, at 9:50am, the cleaning crew was already there. I still had some belongings o grab, including my wedding ring. When I told the agent who manages the property, my response was, well I don't manage the cleaning crew. Would not stay here again.

We booked our stay to celebrate my husband's birthday and invited my mom as a mothers day gift. The condo was perfect. We had great access to the condo and the beach. The condo was in a great location in town and the staff were wonderful. Kathy was very responsive to our messages and incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

I had teens with me and they were somewhat disappointed that we weren't closer to all the excitement of Gulf Shores. You cant walk anywhere because it's too far away from the hussle an bussle of Gulf Shores. I was ok with it because it was more quiet and relaxed. I also liked the security of the gate security guards so not just anyone can just drive into the condo area. All and all it was very nice and quiet and we enjoyed it very much.

Kathy was the most enjoyable person to work with. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. We stayed for a week. Just my daughter and I. It was very easy to get around and the places we wanted to see was very close to us. I will stay there again!

The condo was really nice and in a good location to any needs. The unit advertised to sleep 8 but actually wasn’t big enough for our group of 7 adults. That is no fault toward the unit just on me. Other than the uncooperative weather my families lay had a good time. I would recommend this condo to others who plan to visit.

Location of the place was wonderful. Loved having a garage parking spot! Pool was a lot of fun. Some stuff we didn’t love about the place was living room furniture was a little outdated. The first bedroom shower head was old and didn’t wash off well and the drain didn’t work so you stood in water. Master room was great.

Everything was as described. One of the older Phoenix units but owner has kept unit up well. The most challenging part which has nothing to do with the particular unit or owner is that the elevators are extremely slow and difficult to catch on crowded weekends. It makes check in and checkout very hard & time consuming. Even thought it was 90-95 degrees the entire time we were there, there were many times we used the six flights of stairs (that’s not air conditioned) because of how much time you saved versus elevators.

Arrived and went to the room, it was no hard check in procedure. Easy just as the owner stated. The balcony offered a great view of the beach and pool area. Close to all of the good restaurants. Will definitely return.
