Benvenuto in Turquoise 808 D. Siamo onorati di condividere la nostra Beach Getaway situata nell'edificio D e arroccata all'ottavo piano di questo elegante grattacielo Turquoise Place.

Situato su 900 piedi di incontaminata spiaggia di sabbia bianca a Orange Beach, in Alabama, Turquoise Place è conosciuta come la proprietà Premiere Gulf Coast.

Oltre alla competizione, il Turquoise Place offre viste panoramiche sull'esclusiva isola di Ono e sulle spiagge circostanti di Orange Beach, Gulf Shores e Perdido Key.

Great place to stay with young kids!!

We had a great experience with this property. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the whole property was very clean! The only small issue was the master bedroom tv was hard to figure out how to turn on, but we always eventually got it to work so it wasn't too big of a deal. My wife and I fell in love with the shower in the master bathroom- very nice with three different sprayers! I loved the tv in there so I could watch some football while in the shower too. We have 2 small kids and this was our first time at Turqoise Place. We will definitely be back!!

It is well-maintained from the fixtures to the floors,to the contents. The beds were very comfortable, perfect for adults, as well as for children. The kitchen was well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and pots, pans and utensils. We enjoyed the private hot tub and grill on our balcony and the lazy river was lots of fun. We need to shout out to the wonderful service received as well as the delicious food and coctails served on the grounds. We could not ask for a better location and the amenities were fabulous! We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. It is perfect for families and groups of all ages.

Everything was perfect except the hot tub did not work. My boyfriend works out of the country, so our time is very limited. He came in for a quick visit. After searching several places and looking over the forecast that called for rain, the hot tub was the key feature that made me choose this condo over several beautiful ones at cheaper rates. I called maintenance the first day, and they came promptly. The next day, the response was sorry the part we need is in China, and it is out of our hands. If I had known that I would have chosen a different condo or complex. It was very frustrating to have paid for an amenity that was not available. Other than that, I have no complaints at all. The place was beautiful, management responded quickly. I would recommend this condo if all featured amenities were in working order. I would suggest management make sure everything is working before renting the condo. It was very misleading and disappointing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to clean rental with nice indoor furnishings and comfy beds. My kids quickly noticed the hot tub was not functioning. I immediately called and some one came out to look at it within at hour. I was told it needed a new part and would not be ready until for 3 days. Very frustrating as the main reason we booked unit was to have the private hot tub on cool spring evenings. 3 days later arrived and never heard from anyone about the hot tub until reaching out. I was then informed that it would not be available at all during our stay....Also, outdoor balcony furniture is in rough shape. Most of the chairs are falling in and you literally sit on a metal bar in the middle. One chair had screws sticking out and the middle had fallen all the way through. We usually eat all of our meals on balcony while at beach but could not this trip due to the condition of the furniture. Turquoise Place is a beautiful complex with great beach and amenities. I would just find a different unit.

Great unit, wonderful views

Thus unit is HUGE. Plenty of room to spread out and really relax without feeling right on top of each other. Grilling on the balcony was so convenient and the Hot Tub on the balcony was wonderful! Spotted some dolphins and had amazing ocean views. Would definitely book again.

Awesome condo.....except

The condo was great, more than enough room for our family and friends. The stand-alone ice maker was not working when we arrived on Wednesday and someone was there that evening and back to fix it Thursday morning. The bathrooms, especially the master shower, had mold in the grout. This seems like an easy fix and very noticeable to the cleaning crew but looks so terrible to your visitors....Other than that we had a great stay, front desk crew at Turquoise are very nice and helpful.

Lovely condo with comfortable beds, stunning view of the gulf. Clean. Great shower in the master with good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. TV in master bath was a nice touch. Nice deck with varied lounge chairs, table, private hot tub, and grill. Fabulous amenities. Well-appointed gym. Covered parking. Fast elevators. The staff at Liquid Life was super friendly, as was the staff at the Turquoise.

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo

We stayed here on our Fall Break and the experience was perfect from start to finish. We worked with Randy at Liquid Life vacation rentals and everyone there was extremely helpful. The condo had everything we needed for the week and was immaculate. I would recommend this unit to friends and in fact we have on several occasions already.

Fantastic Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay in your unit. Everything was comfortable and relaxing. Our three year old grandson loved having his own room with TWO double beds. Mom and Dad and grandparents loved having a king size bed in the other two bedrooms. Each night a different person slept with our grandson in his room in the other bed and he thought he was having a sleep over EVERY night. He kept inviting us to HIS room! He loved the pool and we had a difficult time getting him out of the water. I have already talked to Wendy about renting again next year because we have decided this will be our annual spring vacation. Thank you, Wendy, for being so gracious and allowing us to share your home. !
