Phoenix West II è uno splendido 3 camere da letto, 4 bagno unità Golfo di fronte al nuovo sviluppo lungo la costa del Golfo Alabama.

La master suite dispone di un letto matrimoniale, televisore a schermo piatto 55 pollici e un bagno privato, tra cui una vasca idromassaggio e una grande cabina doccia con soffioni doccia doppia.

La seconda camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale con un bagno privato.

La terza camera da letto dispone di 2 letti queen size e un bagno privato. Entrambe le camere hanno anche una TV a schermo piatto 40 pollici. Questa unità si trova all'8 ° piano ed è circa. 1958 mq. Ft.

Unità è dotata di connessione internet wireless, TV a schermo piatto 60 pollici in salotto e un divano letto, un'area soggiorno separata, una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, granito e un angolo bar con ice-maker.

C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice fuori dal 4 ° bagno che anche una cabina doccia.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful vacation! It was us, our adult son and his wife and 3 children. The unit was large enough for everyone to spread out but still enjoy time together. Plenty of seating in the family room. Such easy access to the pools and lazy river and the beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

Family vacation

Property has all the amenities that you need for a great vacation, the condo was clean when we arrived the kitchen had more than enough utensils and appliances to cook for the family, there was 2 minor things had issues with the 2 front bedroom fans and the wifi was spotty at times. I would definitely recommend this Property.

Spring vacation

The condo was very clean & well furnished. The location was convenient to every thing we visited. Had an awesome time at the beach. The only con was in the past we had stayed at owners condos and was use to having well stocked kitchens. This condo was stocked with the basics. Which was great just an adjustment on our part.

Perfect Family Condo

I loved the way this condo had extra couches. It was perfect for my family. Everyone had a place to sit even if someone was assigned to sleeping on the couch. I won’t lie…my favorite part of the condo was the 21+ pool area. We would spend time at the beach in the morning and would move to the pool in the afternoon. 100% recommend!!!

The condo was sparkling clean and very spacious. Our view from the balcony was wonderful, especially with a cup of coffee in my hand. My kids LOVED the slide. The walk to the beach was painless because it’s right there on the beach. I would recommend this condo again ajd again

Wonderful View & Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean & had a wonderful view. The only problems were: The 2nd King Bed that was twice as high as the 2 Queens, and Master King, was way too high, The bathrooms all need grab bars, especially the tubs, it is very dangerous trying to climb out without bars (wish there was a walk-in shower in one of the 2 bedrooms, not 2 tubs). The couple in the King Suite, said the walk in shower should have more holders for soap, shampoo, etc, or at least a hanging caddy over the door? They also said it needed grab bars. The couches were ok, but rather have more reclining sofas, and we did not know until last day or so, the rockers were reclining, because the button is down in the cushion. When we did find it, there were 3-4 bugs in the reclining footrest. Need some simple 1-3 steps to start the television. We did get it but took awhile.Otherwise, everything was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 8th year staying at Phoenex West 2. The facilities were great again. Room on the beach seems to be getting more crowded. The chair rentals take up an excessive amount of space even though they were mostly filled. This causes the non-rentals have to squeeze in tighter. The room was great as advertized. With the exception of the recliner chairs. One was broken and would not recline. And the one that would recline, my wife had trouble keeping it reclined as it would keep going down. This was a big problem as wife being disabled needs a good recliner to relax. When we select a room for rental. A recliner is the primary item we look for for her comfort.The phone and internet service were not good. This prevented my son and daughter-in-law from having a couple desired meetings for work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to Phoenix West II for 5 years and although each unit has been equally beautiful, this was our favorite yet. The two living spaces was so convenient for our group to give the kids their own space (we traveled with adults and children ranging from 1-11), the kitchen was stocked with the most convenient tools, furniture was comfortable, and the blackout curtains in all rooms literally made our week!! We can’t wait to stay again!

I’m sure they were once expensive and comfortable. Not any more.Rug under dining table curled and caused tripping. Very dangerous. We tapped it down while we were there. Only one extra blanket and only one dish towel. Pot holders ready for trash can. We cooked often. Skillets and pots nice. Would have been nice to have plastic glasses. Probably won’t rent this unit again.
