This shabby chic little house was in really excellent shape- very clean, cute, and comfortable… and I can be kind of picky! The beds were SUPER comfortable, and it had high quality towels, TP, and amenities. There was a wagon, nice beach towels, and toys, but we only found 3 beach chairs and a broken umbrella… luckily it was easy to rent those beachside from Ike’s Beach Service. The walk to the beach was almost fully through the neighborhood, as it is the furthest house away. If staying here again, I’d consider renting a golf cart, which can be parked at the edge of the private beach entrance. The walk was really the only downside!

Absolutely beautiful, well stocked home that had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and toys. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. I recommend bringing a beach cart if you are hauling several items. The pool is only a few steps from the front door. Beautiful, walkable neighborhood built along the lines of Seaside. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. We have found our new favorite beach stay!

Relaxing cottage. King size bed is very comfortable. Host provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, hairdryer, and dishwasher detergent. We brought our own laundry detergent sheets. Kitchen was well appointed with both a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee machine. We brought our own filters and grounds so the drip machine was our preference. Screen in porch is wonderful. A short haul to the beach, will be hard it you have a lot of things. We really enjoyed our stay.
