Beautiful new custom built home completed in July 2023 with a short walk to deeded beach access, large community pool and state park trail access. Cross walk to deeded beach access is just steps away. This home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 full bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom. There is also an office with a twin bed. Relax on the balcony with views of the pond and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Brandon was a very responsive host! The location of Sea Colors was the perfect proximity to the beach with a crosswalk that stops traffic for you to get across. The house is very charming with subtle beach decor. Being off the main road, you only hear road noise when out on the balcony or walking in the Tannin Village neighborhood. We enjoyed the beach and everything about the house, slept great and would definitely stay at Sea Colors again!

Out of all of the places my family and I have stayed at in the orange beach/gulf shores area, this is by far the nicest and CLEANEST. It’s located in a cute and comfortable community. The house is very open, cozy, and light. The host was always quick to respond when I had any questions, which I find to be very important. The beach is just a short walk across the street and if you happen to be traveling with a dog there is plenty of room for them to go potty in the backyard area. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back in the future for sure.

This house was amazing..super clean, fresh, perfectly decorated and accommodating to everyone. We had a wonderful vacation and created so many precious memories! The owners have thought of every detail needed for a great time at the beach, including bicycles, a beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs and toys for the kids. Did I mention the short 5 minute walk to the beach?! Best family beach vacation EVER!

Booking our stay with Brandon was simple and user-friendly. He was responsive, communicative, and friendly throughout the process.We did experience a few minor inconveniences. The property had limited extra supplies—only one spare trash bag, about a quarter roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and no extra paper towels beyond a half roll already on the holder. The kitchen also did not have basic spices such as salt and pepper, despite these being listed in the property description.One of the bathtubs had a large cut-out section (approximately 7 inches by 1.5 feet) that was not patched or covered. Additionally, while not within the owner’s control, there was significant morning noise from construction next door, and nails and debris were left in the street as a result.Overall, Brandon was an excellent host, but a few adjustments to the amenities and property upkeep would make the stay even better.

New & clean home. Could use additional downstairs seating if the thought is a minimum of 6 people with three bedrooms. TVs weren’t in every room. I would recommend renting a golf cart to access the beach. The beach is roughly 0.5 miles so not a short distance hauling beach stuff. 2 miles on the listing is a bit miss leading I would say. Nice and convenient

The house is nice and very suitable for a family vacation. It’s also convenient to attractions, the beach and shopping. We also do a lot of bike riding and the neighborhood connects to the state park trails. Thanks for hosting us and we will definitely be back.

Our stay could not have been better. SeaColors was beautiful, comfortable, and accommodating. Plenty of room for our party of 6!Plenty of dishes to cook with, washer/dryer was fantastic. Beach chairs/floats so we didn’t have to pack with us. Also a wagon to take beach chairs across the road was a back saver.Using the walkway was a breeze - quickly turned the crosswalk light for access to the beach.Entire family enjoyed the stay. We will be back!The house was gorgeous, access to pool was great (large pool - mostly over 5 feet). The access to state park for biking/walking was a lot of fun. We enjoyed that every day. Bicycles to ride in the community was a plus.

Great Beach Vacation Getaway

Loved the size of this beach house! The decor was exactly our style, clean lines with coastal colors and minimal beach accent pieces. The upstairs covered porch is great for enjoying your morning coffee and happy hour in the evening. The location is convenient, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, with a short walk to the beach and access to the state park. We will definitely be back!

5 stars all the way!

The home is very nice and in a great central location. The walk to beach and pool is just a few minutes. Property has everything you need in beach equipment but you will need your own beach towels. However that’s all you need! The house has everything else! The owner is great and responds quickly with any questions you may have. We highly recommend this home for your Orange Beach vacation!

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful home that is conveniently located to everything. The neighbor hood is very quiet and the walk to the beach takes about 5 min. We had a very good time and will definitely book again.

Best place

Best place I have ever stayed! Can not say one bad thing about staying here. It was perfect for my family. Spacious rooms everyone had there own bathroom and tv. Very clean, very short walking distance to beach and private pool. There is even a close ice cream shop within walking distance that the kids loved! Loved our stay and will definitely stay again

Excellent Family Vacation House

This house was perfect for our family. It was spacious for our family of four and our dogs, and our teenagers appreciated having their own bathrooms. The house was spotless, located in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The crosswalk had a pedestrian light, so we always felt safe crossing the road. The access to the state park trails was fantastic; we enjoyed biking and running the trails every day. We will definitely stay at this house again.
