Come see why this 8th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 8th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” 4K SMART TV in living room and a 60" 4K SMART TV in the master, and a 43" 4K SMART TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have several other 3br and 4br condos in the building should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Very clean condo. Convenient parking and beach access. Quiet neighbors. Beautiful views. Adding more than 1 roll of TP, 1 dishwasher pod, and 1 garbage can bag would be nice but stores are just across the road. We will be back.

The condo was very comfortable but had some issues with the Kitchen and ice maker. The condo could use come new pots and pans and also a better selection of pot sizes. There wasn’t any Pyrex bowls for the microwave. Let’s just say the kitchen equipment was very limited and if you plan to prepare a meal during your stay this isn’t the condo for you.

Wonderful view! Balcony was spacious and relaxing! Interior was very spacious and comfortable. Pools were great and never had to wait for elevators. Only negative was the mold in the master shower. Would definitely recommend to friends AND we would stay again!

The condo was spacious and accommodated our large family. However, it was dirty. The floors were filthy and there were other areas that definitely needed to be cleaned really well! I contacted the manager and he offered to have someone come out and re-mop.

Beach Bliss

We enjoyed staying here! We are a family of nine and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having three bathrooms was great! The view from the balcony is priceless. The 8th floor was perfect and being able to park on the same floor was very convenient.

Lovely property

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. All of the furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed have the indoor hot tub and pool for cool days. We also enjoyed the outdoor lazy river and easy access to the beach. We loved this unit being on a level we could park on. We utilized the gym which was very nice. We were walking distance from multiple restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay again.

Snowbirds escape Wisconsin February

Excellent retreat in Orange Beach with above average temps and sunshine. The condo was perfect for location, view, accommodations and amenities. We had a few minor issues with the condo but they were handled quickly by the condo manager and maintenance staff.

Dirty.

This condo was beautiful. But it had not been cleaned at all for I don’t know how long. The floor made the bottom of my socks black….not dirty….black! The showers had viable mold, the refrigerator was filthy inside and out. The microwave was just as bad. The bedding was dirty with stains and the toilets did not have sanitary cleaning! I reached out to the gentleman taking care of the property and he argued with me until I sent him pictures. He yelled at me about even calling him on a Sunday. So expensive as well with $55 parking fee. No one was watching over their teenagers and they were running wild, yelling and calling people names. We will never rent a Phoenix property again!

Oceanfront Perfection at its best!

The most perfect condo any family could ever dream of! It was identical to the VRBO listing and pics. Perfect floor on the 8th. Great views, plenty of room, excellent amenities. friendly staff! We will be booking this unit again!!

Absolutely couldn’t beat the view. Very nice amenities in the hotel and loved the decor of the condo! Only complaint was the communication after booking. Booked not knowing there was a parking fee and then was told one price and paid even more once we arrived. The wording in the welcome email could have been not so stern as well. For example I was told under no circumstance to call for an early checkin and that the condo code would not work until 4:30pm. Overall a lovely stay but was put off by the property manager.
