Beautifully Decorated Beachfront Condo!

  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, this Adorable Condo is in a beautiful complex that is right on the beach. Our condo has been completely redesigned and we just added new upgrades including beautiful new furniture, new light fixtures, mirrors, decor, and a brand new sleeper sofa among the “too many to list” upgrades! You will love the comfort and modern decor of this condo. Our one bedroom/two bathroom unit sleeps 4 guests and is the perfect spot for your vacation! Our unit is located on the top floor with an indirect Gulf of Mexico view from your own private balcony. There is a large HD flat screen TV in the living area, and a HD flat screen TV in the bedroom. There is a King bed in the upstairs bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit provides a breakfast bar with three stools, which saves room and enhances the experience. Unit has also been freshly painted and contains a full size washer and dryer. We also have free high speed 5 GHz WiFi!! Wonderful amenities await you at Sugar Beach! The complex boasts recent remodeling and upgrades to the pool areas, freshly painted hallways and stairwells, and a new chair and umbrella service with great daily or weekly rental prices. The complex has 3 outdoor pools (one heated); a kiddie pool; a large upper level sundeck/lounge area; lighted tennis courts; stainless steel charcoal grills and picnic tables; shuffleboard; covered parking and onsite security. Perhaps the most popular seasonal amenity is “The Sugar Shack,” where you will find refreshing drinks, adult beverages, snacks, and sandwiches. Book your stay at the popular Sugar Beach today! Minimum age to rent is 25. Parking for one car (maximum of two cars for 1BR units), is $35 CASH per car payable to the guard at gate upon arrival for length of your stay. 1 PARKING PASS AVAILABLE PER UNIT ON ANY HOLIDAY STAY. We know you will love your stay at our unit. We manage our own unit, and are easily accessible. You won't have to deal with a management company, so you will have the feel of communicating with friends. Cozy beach stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place was decorated very nice and the kitchen and bathroom sinks have been updated. The bed was very comfortable. It was not overcrowded on the beach. We rented the chairs from the service which was convenient. We enjoyed a “treat” from the snack shack that is located at the property which was nice.

Nice little gem

Sugar beach is a very nice place to stay. Great amenities. Comfortable condo, ample room for 2, but space for 4. Everything you need, and beach and pools right there. Great February weather! Can't beat 70s and sunshine! Thank you!

Great Location and Price

This condo was a great affordable option and the location was very convenient. Overall, the condo was nice inside with good furniture. The cleanliness could have been a little better, but it was still nice enough. The complex did have super slow elevators and needs some work on its appearance. The owners of the condo were extremely responsive and asked if we made it okay, which was super kind! I would stay here again!

Beach stay

Individual condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. There was only one elevator working at the very end of the complex so it was more convenient to take the stairs but after multiple trips up/down we were ready for more operating elevators! The condo building was older and parking underneath the building was pretty tight (we were in a full size pick up truck). The condo was priced reasonably taking into consideration that it was an older building, overall—it was a good stay for the price.

Get away

The property is advertised as beach front, which the building is. The room is not and the only way to see the beach is hanging over the balcony. The building only had one working elevator during our stay. The room was clean and everything worked and the bedroom is located upstairs which might be something to think about as it gets harder to climb stairs. You can't set a tent up no where close to the water so we went down to the State Park beach area and there was plenty of room.

Perfect for two

Perfect stay for two. If you’re a larger sized person the bathrooms will not be large enough to shower in. If you plan on taking a child who needs shower assistance you will not have room to assistance them. We were disappointed that there was fungus in the bottom bathroom. The hand rail was not secure so if you need assistance going up the stairs this is not the safest. Overall it was a relaxing experience with multiple pools and easy access to the beach.
