Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
No unregistered guests allowed.

Noise:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Smoking:
No smoking inside the unit.
Smoking permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. If approved, pet fee applies.

Parking:
Your parking pass will be emailed to you, you MUST print it out prior to arrival.
• 1 assigned parking place and one guest overflow first come first serve
• Parking passes must be displayed at all times
• Any vehicle without a visible pass will be towed at owner’s expense

Cleanliness:
Dispose of trash properly.
Wash dishes and clean spills before departure.

Trash: Dumpster is located to the left of the complex when you are leaving

Damage:
Guests are responsible for damages or missing items.

Safety:
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors.

Beach/Pool:
Follow all posted rules.
Rinse off sand before entering the property.

Check-Out Procedures:
Lock doors and windows.
Return keys/fobs to designated location. LOST FOBS are $50 each.
Dispose of trash and leave property tidy.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior.
No refund within 14 days of arrival.
