Questo bellissimo condominio si trova a Phoenix East II ad Orange Beach, in Alabama. Questo edificio ha alcuni dei migliori servizi in città e l'unità stessa è stata rinnovata e arredata a nuovo. C'è spazio per tutta la famiglia in questo spazioso condominio con 3 camere da letto con 8 posti letto. I servizi del Phoenix East II includono: 2 piscine fronte mare - Piscina interna - Vasche idromassaggio - Centro fitness - Area barbecue - Campi da tennis - E sauna! 

Entra nel condominio e troverai una grande cucina con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Abbiamo fornito la cucina con un sacco di pentole e stoviglie in modo da poter preparare facilmente i pasti. I posti a sedere in cucina includono un tavolo da pranzo e un bar. Il soggiorno si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico e sul Passo Perdido - una vista imbattibile. Vi è abbondanza di comodi posti a sedere, nonché una grande TV a schermo piatto, un centro di intrattenimento e giochi da tavolo. Abbiamo anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. 

La camera da letto principale ha una porta scorrevole in vetro con vista sul Golfo e accesso al portico. Abbiamo arredato il maestro con un letto king size e TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno principale è stato completamente rinnovato per il 2018! Questa è una delle poche unità nell'edificio che ora ha una cabina doccia e ripiani in granito nel bagno padronale.

Le due camere ospiti condividono il secondo bagno e sono tutte arredate con TV a schermo piatto. Ci sono 3 letti matrimoniali tra le due camere degli ospiti. 

Abbiamo impostato questo condominio per farti avere la migliore vacanza possibile! Rilassati sulla veranda e ammira il panorama o prendi il sole sulla spiaggia o in piscina: non puoi sbagliare! Fateci sapere se avete domande che saremo lieti di ospitarvi!

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts were friendly and responsive. One of our favorite parts was the balcony with a stunning view of the gulf. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway!

we really enjoyed our stay at the Beachfront condo. The kitchen was well equipped, we appreciated having a washer & dryer. It was a quick walk to the beach & we also enjoyed both pools & hot tub. Excellent place to enjoy the Gulf!

This was a great condo. Loved the layout. My only issue was there were several dishes in cabinet dirty. Had to was almost everything we touched and several outlets in condo(especially in kitchen)did not work. But I would definitely stay in this condo again. Very nice staff and overall place was clean. For a family very spacious condo.

Wonderful stay! The unit fit two families comfortably. Very clean, outfitted with all the kitchen items we could need. Beds, furniture and even the patio was very inviting and comfortable. We had one rainy day and we’re inside and enjoyed the games in the unit. Our only slight complaint was one member of our party was working and the internet was pretty slow. Overall, we enjoyed it very much!

The check-in/check-out process was fast and simple. The condo had everything we needed. The view was incredible and the outdoor furniture was perfect. We will most definitely be staying here again.

This condo was in a great location and communication with proper manager was excellent. The only complaint is the bedding (comforters, shams, pillows, extra blankets) in master bedroom smelled musty and the sheets were sandy. Also, the towel rack was broken. A comforter in another bedroom had a few stains.

Our entire experience from booking online to check-in to check-out was great. The condo and property well great and interaction with the staff was even better. Our condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our large balcony with room for all of our family to enjoy together.

We had a wonderful time. Debbie from Alabama Sands was very helpful. The condo was wonderful. Love the deck when it was sunny. The kitchen had most everything you need. We like the Phoenix East 2.

The Condo was very pretty. It had all the amenities we needed and then some extra. The stay would have been perfect except for one thing. The sheets were either so old or so cheap that they were pilling up on two of the beds. It made sleeping hard. It was so awful, we eventually abandoned one of the beds and went and stayed in the other condo we had rented. That may seem trivial, but it really was a turn-off. Check-in could have gone easier also.

We are from Washington state and we try to vacation to Orange Beach once a year. This is our first time staying in this condo and we were nothing but impressed, so cozy and clean!! The beds were so comfortable, we slept great our whole stay. All amenities you need for your stay. View was phenomenal with lots of boat activity. I hope we can stay in this condo in the future!

The condo was beautifully decorated. You had everything you need at your fingertips. The floor was perfect for a beautiful view. Also, we loved the outdoor seating area with couches. It looked like the only one with couches and chairs on balcony. Was a plus for sure!! Thanks for sharing with us.

This was our second year at this condo. The condo is very nice, great views, great location. The view from the balcony is awesome, being right next to the Perdido Pass it is nice to watch the boats come and go. The time it takes to get from the condo to your chair on the beach is about 2 minutes. Also right next to the jetty if you have fishermen in the family. Couldn't ask for anything more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was one of the best rooms we have booked with at any of the Phoenix condominiums. It was very spacious and clean. It was very easy to get into contact with the condo representivie if there were any questions or concerns. We plan to be back and stay at this exact condo again!

Great decor, location & view but privacy/security was an issue. Maintenance let themselves in to drop off filters. There was no communication (phone call,text,email,posting) prior to this incident. When speaking with property manager he stated it was important to conduct monthly filter changes, yet there were “10” filters in the closet. Renters beware; if you are in the restroom unable to answer the door, they will just let themselves in.

We loved our stay here and had the perfect vacation despite some small challenges. The property and condo are great. Great location, great views. The balcony was my happy place in the morning while my husband and son went fishing at the jetty which is just a short walk away. Chairs with umbrellas and an attendant who came by to adjust my umbrella as the sun shifted throughout the day were the perfect relaxation spot for me and exactly what I come to the beach for! I would definitely return! The only complaints were jelly fish and a master bath shower that really needs updating/replacing.

We stayed at the condo June 14th-June 18th. The condo is a little dated with the master bath shower being not good at all.. and the master bath being small. We had a little trouble with a moldy shower curtain in the guest bath but they came the next morning and replaced it.
