PARKING INFORMATION
- Parking Passes: Parking passes are not included with your reservation. Each guest at Phoenix is required to purchase parking passes from the building HOA and register with the front desk upon arrival to the development and pick up passes there. We will send out a link for you to purchase parking passes ahead of your arrival date. Guests reserving four bedroom condos can purchase up to 3 parking passes for their stay.
- Oversized Vehicles Trailers: Due to limited space, oversized vehicles, boats, and trailers are not permitted on property.

To ensure a seamless start to your vacation at Phoenix Gulf Towers II 2508, we thoughtfully stock each condo with a starter set of essentials. Bathrooms are equipped with a single set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper. In the kitchen, you'll find a starter supply of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags, designed to cover your first night's needs. As is standard for vacation rentals in our area, we do not offer daily housekeeping or restocking of amenities, unlike a hotel.
