🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🆔 Guest must be 25 years old in order to obtain Parking Passes.
🔹PARKING PASSES are $65.00 per vehicle per stay on site or $55 if purchased before arrival. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed.
🔹Parking is on a first come first serve basis. You may park in any open/unmarked space.
🔹Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.
🔹Parking Pass Rate determined by the HOA and subject to change without notice.
🔹NO boat, trailer and RV parking on-site.

Phoenix VI is a beachfront resort located in Orange Beach, Alabama. The resort is designed for guests to be able to walk to most places they need to go. If you do want to venture outside of the resort, there are a number of shops, restaurants, and attractions located within walking distance or a short drive away.
