PHOENIX VII 1104 - Orange Beach - Sleeps 8 - Beachfront

*PLEASE NOTE: There is scheduled parking lot construction beginning the week of 11/10/25, estimated date of completion is 03/13/26.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a relaxing open floor plan complete with a full kitchen. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and enjoy an extraordinary view where you are able scan the Gulf of Mexico, the Perdido Pass and beautiful shoreline.

When entering the condo, immediately to your left is the first bedroom with two queen beds, closet space, TV and ensuite bathroom. Continue down the hall and enter the open floor plan with a full kitchen (stocked with all of your basic cooking essentials), an eating area that will seat 6, and the living room with an open view of the gulf. Just off of the living room is the second (main) bedroom with a king-size bed, closet space, TV, ensuite bathroom and direct access onto the balcony. The perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine, in pure serenity.

During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Conveniently located near some of the best restaurants in Orange Beach including the new CoastAL Restaurant and Beachside Bar. If you are looking to be pampered during your stay, visit Serenity at The Beach Salon & Spa in SanRoc Cay just across the road. Also, there are plenty of fun attractions nearby for the kids (and adults)! Everything fun and delicious is easily accessible from Phoenix VII 1104!

*PARKING PASSES: Two passes maximum. The parking pass fee is collected by Phoenix VII via Vacation Rental Parking Solutions ($55 ea for stays 10 days or less). You will receive an email from VRPS to purchase your parking pass(es) and register your vehicle(s).

*AGE RESTRICTION: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.

Cheap renovation and poor amenities

Everything about this unit was cheap except the rental cost. It's a rental property through and through where everything was done as cheaply as possible. We wound up going and purchasing our own sheets after the first night because the linens were so uncomfortable. Furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. TV in the living room was unwatchable do to discoloration and needs to be replaced. No blackout curtains. The building is having all of it's windows replaced, floor by floor, and the construction noise started at 8am and lasted all day, making it impossible to stay in the unit. Location is it's only saving grace. I would not rent this unit again.

Ok overall

The unit needs updating. From the pics it looks great but the master bedroom and bathroom need updating. It looked like it was mid Reno. Half painted, chipped paint, black stuff on the ceiling. Heather was our contact and she was amazing as there were some issues with missing info on posting. Location is great. But bring your own dish soap, toilet paper, bathroom soap etc. many of the basics were missing. But the view cannot be beat.
