Our stay in this unit good. Outstanding views of the beach on the 15th floor. The facility had plenty of amenities such as indoor/outdoor pool, gym, racquetball court, and vending. The unit was very clean. It had great storage spaces for all of our items. King size bed was a bit firm for me, but my husband was able to sleep fine. The kids slept on the sleeper sofa pull-out bed and had plenty of room, but also felt the springs of the mattress. Overall, it was a good stay with perfect views and quick access to the beach on a busy holiday weekend (July 4)! Fireworks were awesome to see from the balcony!

The building is older, but the condo was still nice. The bed was comfortable, and we really liked the balcony furniture. Check-in was a little more complicated because we booked the same day as check-in, and our parking pass wasn’t available to do online.Our tv didn’t work for the first day, and we had to YouTube how to reset it. We reported the problem to front desk and never heard anything back from them. There was a little trash left from the previous tenants that the cleaning service didn’t pick up. Overall, it was still a good experience, just not the best experience we’ve ever had staying with Brett Robinson.

The stay was awesome besides some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room prior to getting there. But otherwise, the 15th floor is awesome.

July 2024 Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very polite when informing patrons of lightning in the area for pool closures. The A/C unit was not working properly on our 1st night, but the staff had it repaired the next day. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Fun Short Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was clean and well stocked. The view was incredible! The only issue was with the sheets on the king bed. The fitted sheet did not fit the bed and continuously rolled up exposing the mattress. Not only was it annoying, it was unsanitary.

Great Location

The condo was exactly as described and the views excellent! Check in was very easy and staff very friendly. If I have to say anything, they only have 4 elevators, so wait times could be frustrating, but if that is all we have to worry about while on vacation then we are doing good! We rented chairs, very much worth the money! Overall, loved our time at Phoenix VII

Everything was very neat and clean , Kitchen very well stocked Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for my family of 4 Perfect location and would definitely stay again .

Beautiful views

We had an amazing time, the condo was very nice and clean. The view from the top floor is fantastic. Our only complaint with the room was the king size bed was hard and uncomfortable . Phoenix 7 is a large facility, but has plenty of elevators and very convenient to load and unload. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay at the Phoenix again.

Very Nice Stay

The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. The mattress is on the hard side, so just be aware. It was a lovely place and we had a wonderful time....no complaints!
