Phoenix West 907 Luxury Beachfront Condo w/ Lazy River

A spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bath condo on the 9th floor, in a resort setting that has everything you'll need to relax and have the time of your life! Indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, tennis court, lazy river, fully equipped fitness facility, covered parking, and BBQ grills. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a master bath with dual vanity, jetted tub, separate dual shower and large walk-in closet.
Both guest bedrooms have their own private full baths and are furnished with two queen beds in each.
There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and a 4th full bathroom on the hallway near the kitchen.
The dining room has seating for 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the raised kitchen counter. You will also enjoy a fully equipped wet bar with sink, beverage refrigerator, margarita machine, and under-counter Nugget "Sonic" ice maker.
We're hoping you'll love this condo so much that you'll book your return trip before you even leave!

Parking passes can be purchased from the front desk for $58 each and is good for the duration of your stay. You can purchase two parking passes for this unit. During peak season and holidays, purchasing more than 2 passes is subject to the overflow parking availability.

The condo was spacious, and the balcony offered plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean view. It was the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while listening to the waves. The indoor pool was nice as well. The lazy river was under construction during our stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Easy communication with host. The condo was clean, well-equipped and as described. Plenty of room for big groups inside and plenty of space on the balcony. FYI, the property doesn’t supply towels for the pool so bring your own. Had a great experience and would stay here again!

Beach vacation 2025

This property had about anything you could ask for and the layout of the condo was very nice. We had the best family time. Our grandkids loved the lazy river and the pool. We loved walking on the beach looking for shells. The hosts were the best hosts we have ever had during our trips to Alabama.

Great Place

The condo was great. Very clean. Stocked with all items we needed in the kitchen. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner quickly responded to all my questions. We had absolutely no issues the entire week. Highly recommend this condo.

Super fun

The condo was amazing and had the most kitchen supplies of any condo I’ve stayed at. We like to cook rather than eat out and it was so nice to have good supplies to use. We left a shirt there and the cleaning crew found it and mailed it to us. We will definitely return!!! The area and golfing was also super great. Traffic’s was busy but tolerable.

Beautiful Condo

Our family spent Christmas in Orange Beach in this beautiful condo. The condo and the building were very clean and well maintained. The view from balcony is amazing! The kitchen had an everything we needed to cook. There is plenty of space for a large family or group and the stretch of beach is terrific. The staff on property were very hospitable and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and can fully recommend it.A couple of things we noted (these are not intended as complaints but tips so you are prepared), we did not find any beach equipment in the unit so you may need to bring your own. Also, there are no gas grills on the property so remember to grab charcoal at the store if you want to grill out.

Holiday getaway

Condo was everything we expected it to be, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Patio furniture was comfortable and view is spectacular. Kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil and appliances you would ever need. More than enough room for 6 adults.

Very nice condo

This was our second year and we really enjoy the condo. Great views and very clean. For us, there were two items that were drawbacks: 1. The TV has tons of channels to watch and apps to access, but it doesn’t have the major networks, so we were unable to watch the Thanksgiving NFL games; 2. The master bed is extremely firm, to the point we chose to sleep in one of the smaller beds.

Best Girl's Trip!

Wonderful property! One of the best features was 4 bathrooms! Especially with seven (7) women! Be sure and bring extra toilet paper. The deck and living area were so comfortable and accomodating. It was a wonderful place to stay!

Fall Break

We had a great time here. Excellent communication with the owners. There was an issue with the AC and they were on it to get it fixed quickly. The condo was just as pictured. It needs some general "sprucing" up but otherwise it was good. Phoenix West was much busier than normal in the Fall. Elevators were taking forever, no chairs available at the pool most days. This was the first time I've noticed this in October. Phoenix West was very busy this week.

Great Place

Great location & family friendly unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was great for our annual family trip. The amenities and location of this condo were great! The property owner was very responsive to all my questions, and helped make sure any minor hiccups were resolved quickly due to some changes in Internet providers/check-in procedures! This is a great family friendly unit with multiple beds and lots of seating. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, and slide make sure the whole family has something to enjoy! At this property, there are only 2 parking spots allotted to these units, so plan parking accordingly!
