We love our beach house because it offers such convenient access to all the activities we love! Then when we've had enough fun out and about, we can come home and relax in the neighborhood pool or watch a movie in the cheerful and relaxing space. This 1125 sq ft space offers a place for your family to relax, have fun and make great memories!

Our guests have repeatedly enjoyed the stocked pond with the gazebo, our convenient access to all that Orange Beach offers, and the quiet and private feel of our neighborhood.

Check-in was convenient with a keypad code provided by the host. The home was really easy to find, and the community was quiet and friendly. We're a family of 6, plus we brought a friend, and we still had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The grill out back was really convenient. Wi-Fi was available and worked well during the day, but it got a little unreliable during the evening. This wasn't a problem for us. Check-out was simple, without a lengthy cleaning list. If we make our way to the area in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

Fishing Trip

The check in a very easy, owner sent code for door well before check in time so i knew they're would be no hassle. The property itself was very clean and a great place to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with a few basics which was all noted in the check in email.We were in town for a fishing trip and property was relatively close to the marina, less than 10 minutes, so the early boat time was no problem. Overall I would highly recommended to stay here, Anna was ready to get in touch with.

The place was very clean and well stocked. The pots and pans were better quality than some places we have been before. Love the little community area the villa was in. It was close to everything, beach, shopping and things for the family to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Classy and clean. It was spacious enough for my crew. We had two couples with 3 kiddos - 11, 11 and 15. We were not on top of each other and found the property to be comfortable for all. The host was very kind and available. She went out of her way to give us ideas and recommendations. Overall everything was nice and without any hiccups.

First time VRBO

Our first time using VRBO so really had no idea what to expect. Communication with Anna was great throughout. Once we quickly overcame the keyless code no issues the rest of the week. Location was ideal for us as we spent 4 days at the Event Center for dance competitions. If ever in the area again would definitely entertain staying here again.

Fun, cozy stay!

My husband and I and our two sons really enjoyed this stay! It’s close to everything, cozy, and my kids loved the pool being so close. The beds were super comfortable and all the neighbors were friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. And it's conveniently located, being just a few minutes' drive from the beach, four of the trailheads for the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, The Wharf, several grocery stores, and everything else in Orange Beach. The only disappointment was the pond which seems to contain nothing but turtles and very small bream (which are difficult for children to catch.) Also, if anyone in your party is cold-natured, they may want to bring a blanket.

The home was very clean. All the basic necessities were in the home. The area is really quiet and pleasant. The Beignet at The Wharf were to die for.The host(Anna) was very communicative. Sons 14th!

We celebrated our sons 14th birthday at OWA with several of his friends and stayed at 4260A Lindsey Ln. This place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for what we needed for the weekend. The host was very polite and prompt with communication if we had a question. We would definitely recommend this place and will keep it in mind for our next trip!

Centralized location to everything

Our family of 7 slept comfortably in this condo. It was clean and the floorplan works for 7-8 if necessary. The condo is centralized to everything. Beach 12 min drive. I appreciated that the condo backed up to a preserve so I could get a little woods in with my coffee then drive to the beach to get the waves. The community pool is steps away from the front door. And the whole community is kept up nice.Anna was fast in any response that was necessary. I would recommend this rental.

Quite and comfortable location

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is plenty of room and the house is stocked well with things you would need for a vacation. It is very close to town and not a far drive to the beach. It is a quite place off of the main roads which we prefer.
