Our stay here at this condo was okay at first. There was no water pressure in the kitchen sink. We had to do our dishes in the bathroom sink. The kitchen did not offer a variety of items you would need to cook a basic breakfast/dinner. There is no shade at the outdoor pool for families with little ones. Then, there is a PARKING SCAM!!!!! We had the parking pass displayed on our dash but somehow during the chaos of carrying everything in, the pass got knocked off onto the front floor boards. The next day we woke up to find our car had been booted and we had to send $300 to a cash app labeled "the grind don't stop" to get it off within 24 hours or the car would be towed. I called the rental office and they said there was nothing they could do. The security lady said the money goes directly to the owner of the property. Even if you can prove that you have a valid parking pass and are staying on the property as a guest, they still make you pay the $300. While we stayed here for five days, we had witnessed this same thing happen to six other families. All equally as upset as we were. Vacations are expensive enough as it is, to make your guests pay an additional $300.00 for something as simple as a parking pass mistake, is just ridiculous. We will never be staying here again due to the lack of compassion and professionalism from the property owner and security team they contract.
