Welcome to Romar Lakes A104. A charming 2-bedroom 2-bath home that sits on the first floor, ground level! That means zero elevator wait times or stairs to climb!! Romar Lakes is a small, low-density complex that is nestled in the heart of Orange Beach, behind the awesome Wolf Bay Lodge Restaurant. You will love sitting on your private back porch that overlooks the protected and undeveloped wetlands, sipping your coffee, and looking for the natural wildlife. Walk out from the back porch down to the gazebo on the pond and look for the fish and turtles. A Wonderful place for the kids to learn about our delicate ecosystem. Ready to head to the beach? Just a short walk across the street is your private community access. Ready for more? Many Restaurants, Arcades, Adventure Island, mini-golf, marinas, and more are all within 3 miles of this home.

Back in the condo there is plenty of room for your small family with brand new mattresses, bedding, and high-efficiency shower heads (January 2024). The Primary Bedroom hosts a King size bed, smart TV, a Full Bath with a Brand-New, walk-in Shower. The shower has a pull-down seat for comfort. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed, smart TV and private access to the Full Guest Bath with a shower/ tub combo. In the hall you will find and a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Gather the Family in the Living Room to watch the game on the large screen TV with provided cable. There is even extra sleeping with a pull-out sofa bed. The Kitchen is fully stocked to assist in creating some great food to enjoy with everyone.

- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
