Fantastico condominio a tre densità con tre camere da letto, due bagni, lussuoso fronte mare con piscina. Otto posti letto. La piscina e il condominio offrono una splendida vista sulle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca e sulle acque aqua marine del golfo.

Il condominio è pulito, luminoso e arioso con vista sull'oceano da quasi tutte le stanze. Il condominio dispone di una cucina ben attrezzata con isola, tavolo da pranzo, letto king-size, un letto queen-size, due letti singoli, divano letto, lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità, quattro TV, quattro videoregistratori e un lettore DVD. Ogni camera presenta un bellissimo arredamento. L'arredamento presenta piastrelle di colore chiaro nelle principali zone giorno. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi.

Great location. Nicely furnished. Fantastic view. Easy beach access. Pet friendly! But housekeeping has let her down. Sandy floors, a bit of grime. Maybe typical of all, idk. But we did have to replace the mildewed shower curtain.

The pictures were a lot pretty than what the condo showed. I am an apartment manager at a complex and I was very disappointed in the rooms. The washer/dryer had boxes of clutter and papers torn which was half hazardous piled on boxes in the shelves by the laundry room. . The mattress in the master bedroom was old. It had a sink whole on one side. The broom closet had 4 brooms and the bristles were poking out where you could not use the broom. The wicker furniture located at the bedroom deck was broken and pieces were all over the floor. Also two of the chairs were rusted , and one chair looked like it came from five below. The furniture was okay in the living room but the couch was placed where people had to look sideways. you could not watch tv without getting a sore neck. There was mold in the bathroom at the shower door. The day we arrived, one of the elevators was broken. We could not find any baggage carts to use. And on the last day when we needed to move the car closer because it had come a down pour, an employee are parked in the spot and reading her cell phone. I wish there was a way to put pictures on this survey. I have many… I’ve been to Florida many times and all the condos I’ve been in were great. Such a disappointment . I would guess the owners do not inspect the condo very often. I can’t understand why people would rent out unsuitable condos. I have no problem with the price as long as it is good quality and taken care of.

While generally pleased with the accommodations, we encountered a few operational challenges. Upon arrival, none of the four televisions were functional. The owner promptly addressed the issue the following day. The initial assessment revealed depleted batteries in two remote controls. A more significant issue required a system reboot and the input of specific codes and zip codes, information that was not readily available to us. Although the owner successfully restored functionality to three televisions, one remained inoperable. We expressed our satisfaction with the functionality of the main room televisions. Additionally, a broken chair was present on the balcony, which the owner indicated would be addressed by the cleaning staff. The sliding glass door blinds require replacement due to missing slats and impaired operation. Finally, the master bathroom toilet is not securely fastened to the floor. These observations are offered constructively to enhance the overall guest experience.

This was a perfect location to what the Gulf Shores area has to offer, and the added bonus is the condo has a beautiful view and easy access to the beach! Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about this property. It was clean and provided everything we needed. Loved the large balcony for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.The owner is very quick to respond to anything you may need to discuss. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view

The location can not be beat. Close to everything including the beach. The view is FABULOUS! Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We hope to return in the future.

Nice condo, could use some TLC.

Very nice condo on the west end of the building. Very spacious. The sliding door in the kitchen would not lock, no hook for it to catch, several vertical blinds were missing with several on the floor. We could never figure out how to get the microwave to work.

Wonderful location and views!!!

Our family of 6 with dog in tow had the most relaxing week vacation at this condo! We would rent again. It was located in a great spot close to everything! The beach view was amazing and so close!! Love this place!! So many memories made!!

Silver Beach is the best beach in the area

This condo is first class. We have stayed in this building twice a year for the last three years. This unit is the best so far. The floor plan is excellent. The unit is updated. The decks are fabulous. The deck furniture is perfect. We want to rent it again soon. The new elevator is running very good and I think they are closing in on a date to complete the other elevator. Don't hesitate to trust this owner and this unit.

Spring Break

This was the second year we stayed in this condo. We love the location and access to shopping and restaurants. The beach is beautiful, very clean, quiet, and very well supervised by the beach patrol.

Property was okay but needs to be deep cleaned. Ceiling has water damage and open holes also there were holes in the walls. Closet doors in third bedroom were off the track and leaning in the closet. Pillow and pillow sham had blood on them. Thankfully brought our own. We would stay there again if the unit was deep cleaned.

the property was nice. the space was perfect for our family. the pool was good with good access to the beach. a few of the amenities could have been better but all in all a good place to stay
