Located on the 3rd floor, this condo offers both comfort and convenience, with a short walk to the beach and a beachfront swimming pool awaiting your arrival.


    After a day of soaking up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool or simply relax and enjoy the ocean breeze from your private balcony. Step inside to discover a spacious living area, adorned with modern furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The brand-new sleeper sofa and single chaise offer additional sleeping space for guests, while the smart TV provides entertainment options for cozy nights in.


    The Primary bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed and its own entry to the shared bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for guests. The bathroom's walk-in shower has been beautifully redone with marble tile, adding a touch of luxury to your seaside retreat.


    In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary utensils, dishes, and cookware. Close to beach and great for a quick trip. The beds were not super comfortable. I would bring my own pillows if I stayed again. Bunk beds are extremely loud. Ac unit is right bed your head when laying in bed. It was loud. The bed was a full size not queen. The resort property was great. This was not the lap of luxury which was expected. It did the trick for a quick trip with our kids.

The condo was decent for the price. I had read in previous reviews about the bathtub not having a plug, and the balcony door being hard to open/close and not lock. I figured it would be fixed since there were previous mentions of this. They in fact, were not fixed. The air conditioning vents also leaked and dropped water from the ceiling from condensation I’m assuming. It was a longer walk to the beach than expected. The indoor pool was a plus. It does need some updates, especially in the kitchen.

I was very unhappy with several things and tried to contact the property owners. No one ever contacted me for me to express my concern. The air conditioner was so loud my toddler could hardly sleep. The sliding door was so heavy we could barely open it. The condo didn’t come with any complimentary items (we needed to throw a load in the wash) The elevators in our building were not working and the licenses were out dated. That was a major concern of mine. I tried to contact someone to discuss this and I got nothing. This is definitely not somewhere we will book again without some sort of communication first.

Property was not cleaned. No tub plug for kids to take a bath. One burner on the stove didn’t work. The drawers in the kitchen were broken and not on tracks. It was an older complex and the condo was not updated at all.
