Perfect for couples or small families, this third-floor condo is your tranquil retreat by the sea, just a short walk from the beach with a beachfront swimming pool ready for your arrival.

    After a day of soaking up the sun, take a dip in the pool or unwind with the ocean breeze from your private balcony. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with modern furnishings and thoughtful coastal touches. The brand-new sleeper sofa and single chaise offer additional sleeping options, and the smart TV is perfect for a cozy movie night in.

    The Primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed and private entry to the shared bathroom, which has been upgraded with a beautiful marble-tiled walk-in shower for a touch of luxury. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A coffee maker and Keurig are available to jumpstart your mornings. A stackable washer and dryer in the hallway make it easy to refresh your beachwear.

    At Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, you'll enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Take advantage of two outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness room, sauna, steam room, and a shuffleboard court. The grilling area and picnic tables offer the perfect space for dining outdoors with views of the Gulf.

Did not get full instructions on how to open condo door,along with several others trying to enter rooms Unable to use shower head broken,used pitcher from kitchen Ac unit bearings in master suite whinning so loud unable to sleep in room (maintenance confirmed had same complaint week before which was reported) Hurricane door on balcony unable to open due to 'off tract". reported before also. No repairs able except shower head evening before checkout, maintenance was notified late That beach view I paid extra and non refundable was nada. Hellasish stay for 5 star accommodation

Close to beach and great for a quick trip. The beds were not super comfortable. I would bring my own pillows if I stayed again. Bunk beds are extremely loud. Ac unit is right bed your head when laying in bed. It was loud. The bed was a full size not queen. The resort property was great. This was not the lap of luxury which was expected. It did the trick for a quick trip with our kids.

The condo was decent for the price. I had read in previous reviews about the bathtub not having a plug, and the balcony door being hard to open/close and not lock. I figured it would be fixed since there were previous mentions of this. They in fact, were not fixed. The air conditioning vents also leaked and dropped water from the ceiling from condensation I’m assuming. It was a longer walk to the beach than expected. The indoor pool was a plus. It does need some updates, especially in the kitchen.

Property was not cleaned. No tub plug for kids to take a bath. One burner on the stove didn’t work. The drawers in the kitchen were broken and not on tracks. It was an older complex and the condo was not updated at all.

I was very unhappy with several things and tried to contact the property owners. No one ever contacted me for me to express my concern. The air conditioner was so loud my toddler could hardly sleep. The sliding door was so heavy we could barely open it. The condo didn’t come with any complimentary items (we needed to throw a load in the wash) The elevators in our building were not working and the licenses were out dated. That was a major concern of mine. I tried to contact someone to discuss this and I got nothing. This is definitely not somewhere we will book again without some sort of communication first.
