Updated spacious condo at Cotton Bayou Condominiums.
Enjoy the best of both the beach and the bayou in this updated, spacious unit with (2) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms that sleeps 7 total. Located across the street from the public beach access and directly on Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach, Alabama. BRING YOUR BOAT! Property has a private boat launch, first come first serve boat slips, fish cleaning station, and fishing pier. Additional outdoor amenities include huge outdoor pool with covered pavilion, tennis court, and BBQ area. This unit is updated throughout with granite counter-tops and tile flooring. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for family meal prep and plenty of seating for dining. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the private balcony. Three flat screen Smart TV's, DVD player, free WiFi and kid games are available. Private washer and dryer within unit. Designated covered parking for 2 vehicles is located directly below this 2nd floor unit for no additional costs. Only 1 flight of stairs!

What's Nearby:
Right in the heart of Orange Beach with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, activities, live music and concerts. Beach access is located across the street with a 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive at the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access just 0.3 miles away.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Parking: There are two (2) assigned covered parking spots under the unit included with the unit.
- Boat slip rental is available through the HOA property management. It's on a first come, first served basis, and proof of boat registration & insurance must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 for up to seven day pass.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove-top, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposable, microwave, etc.
-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach/ pool towels.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.
POLICIES:
-NO smoking in condo, on the balcony, or in the hallways allowed.
-Must be at least 23 years old to book
-Additional fees and taxes may apply
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
-Ring doorbell camera located outside of unit door entry for security purposes.
-Check-in at 3 p.m.
-Check-out at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Great place!

Condo was super clean and was a great fit for our group! The host is very responsive if you have any needs while you are there. The condo walking distance from the beach which was super convenient! Overall had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend!!

Cute condo

It’s in a nice location. We loved the dock in the back of property that you can fish from. The price was fair for the accommodations. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need. Only a two bedroom, but the second bedroom has a trundle bed for a kid to sleep on. The public beach access is very close. 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Only thing is the place could use a good dusting, wipe down.

Clean and Comfortable

Clean and Comfortable condo located in the middle of Orange Beach. Parking was under the unit which means shade in the hot summer months. We stayed there to have access to the boat docks which were extremely nice. The condo was spacious and the master bedroom had a nice foam mattress which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautifully decorated. Access to the boat slips and ramp were very convenient, especially considering the holiday weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Great property! You can see it’s lovely and you’ll be pleased to find that it is stocked with lots of extras. If you’re planning to bring your boat, the docks and fish cleaning stations are excellent. Really appreciated the timely and proactive communication from owner.

Fall break getaway

Condo was very clean and updated nicely..had everything one can need! Located across from beach and close by shops and restaurants. Only reason gave 4 stars wish it had better patio view and some construction going on during our stay..otherwise no complaints and will be back to stay! The host was friendly and communicated timely!

Great location and clean

This was our first time in this area and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo is centrally located to everything. It looks just like the photos and everything was clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I had a few issues with the WiFi as I was working when we were there but I worked it out. The condo is a short walk to the beach. The beaches are beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is it is located by a very busy 4 lane road. I would give 4 1/2.

Very nice condo!

We were looking for a condo on the bay side with a boat dock that also had nearby beach access. This one fit the bill and was very nice. We enjoyed being able to dock the boat and walk to the beach as well. The condo is very nice and clean. The overall complex is having some current upgrades but this did not inhibit our stay. We would stay here again. Thanks

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

Our stay here was very relaxing. The place was just like the pictures. Very clean and the master bed was so comfortable. It was a very short walk to the beach which was nice. Sam communicated everything well before we got there to make check in a breeze. I even left a few things behind which will mailed to me. Awesome customer service. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Amazing location, huge condo, updated and beautifuo

We had an amazing stay. The manager was absolutely pleasant to work with and provided us with everything we needed. She also provided information about the best places to go visit in the area. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The location was great and easy to access as well as close as can be to the beach! I will try to always use this condo as my yearly vacationing spot! Thank you Sam for providing us with an amazing stay! If you’re contemplating booking this condo, DO IT! You will have an amazing time like my family and I have!

Great Place

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and everything was perfect! This condo has plenty of sleeping areas and is perfect if you have a boat to bring. Samantha was also very helpful! We will be staying here again in the future.
