The first room we were given had two people already checked in to it (said it was a computer issue). The 2nd room had such a strong smell of weed we could hardly make it in the doorway. The 3rd room was fine until we tried to shower in the morning and there was no hot water.

Hotel was very clean! Great view of marina. Pool was very nice. Would have liked if breakfast was better stocked and more options, but this hotel overall was great! Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was suppose to be no animals allowed , service animals only with cleaning fee. Dogs everywhere. Emotional support dogs are not service dogs they are for people with mental problems and they need to stay where it is animal friendly .wont come back

Gary, The hotel is required to follow Federal and State law; which only allows the hotel staff to ask if the animal is a service animal and not an emotional support animal. The law does not allow the hotel to request proof of the guest’s answer. Unfortunately, the actions of others ruined your stay with Springhill Suites Orange Beach. We would hope that you will give Springhill Suites Orange Beach another chance.

Great location. Beautiful hotel.
The hotel itself was beautiful, spacious and clean! Service was superb. The only comment I would have is that I wish they would have had coffee in the lobby throughout the entire morning. They put the coffee away when breakfast ended and didn’t bring it out until the breakfast began. I left on a Sunday morning at 6:30 AM and was hoping to grab a cup for the road but since breakfast didn’t start until seven there was no coffee available. There was a coffee maker in the room and I could’ve made it if I really needed to, so it’s not that big of a deal, but it was enough to be noticeable.

Fantastic location. Except for the gravel/dirt loading site next door. Backup beepers starting at 7am. Everything else was amazing.

Front desk was welcoming and professional. The hotel is really nice and clean. The rooms were a good size and had good pillows and nice bed, very comfortable. Area around convenient to walking to the Wharf amphitheater. Plenty of restaurants and stores walking distance.

My daughter and I took a girls trip to the beach for a long weekend. This property was beautiful! Within walking distance to some lovely shops and many wonderful eateries. The bar and grill at the property itself is a total understatement. It may be labeled bar and grill, but it is fine dining at it's best!! You will NOT be disappointed!! I can't wait for next years trip!! We WILL be going back!!

Like we’re there was a restaurant right next to it had good food and can walk to the stores and other restaurants. But needed better breakfast selections. And told the people at the Desk that the room the sink was slow draining in the restroom area. And also did not like the a/c was on a Motion sensor so if you was gone out of the room it will turn off and don’t move a lot sleeping you burn up. Or you have to turn the temp low to compensate for it.

Convenient and beautiful location to beach and all
Overall experience was good. Location was great and convenient, close drive to the beach and we had a beautiful view of the wharf. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful with our questions with the exception of one who cared less about our concerns. Bed was very firm and pillows really needed to be replaced. Our microwave didn’t work. Cleaning staff never serviced our room during our stay even when we didn’t have the tag on the door. I guess we should have requested it. We would stay again hopefully next visit will be better than the first.

The hotel is near the Wharf in a beautiful area with lots of options for dining from tacos, pizza and wings to high end dining. Several live music bar and grills, stores and to top it off the ferris wheel to enjoy the view. Our room was clean, very roomy and had a nice view, just no balcony. The bed needs to either have a memory foam or a new mattress because it was hard and a little uncomfortable. For the 3 nights we were there it was ok. Overall from location, to staff friendliness and cleanliness it was a wonderful time and great place to stay.

Stayed 2 nights for a concert. The hotel it amazing. Appreciated the free breakfast. I do think $819 a night bc a concert is ridiculous but can’t drink and drive so here we are lol. I also wish the pool had a tiki bar with drinks and snacks. The restaurant is not convenient for the pool but overall we will stay here again. The staff here is wonderful!!
