  • Benvenuti a 301W, un angolo con 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni con una fantastica vista sul Golfo, con vista sulla piscina della West Tower e sul complesso di piscine Center Tower dalla camera da letto principale, area soggiorno e ampio balcone avvolgente. L'incredibile vista e il confortevole arredamento “Home Away from Home” rendono questo condominio di 1.675 piedi quadrati al terzo piano preferito dagli affittuari.

    Ampiamente rinnovato nel 2017, il condominio ora dispone di modanature a corona, pavimenti in plancia di lusso in tutto (senza moquette!), nuovi mobili in tutto, nuovi materassi. La cucina completamente arredata comprende nuovi armadi in legno massello con ripiani in granito e rubinetti per olio sfregati, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile (nuovo frigorifero affiancato, nuovo forno a microonde, nuova lavastoviglie e zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size). Altre caratteristiche includono tutte le nuove Smart TV su Internet, i ventilatori a soffitto Hunter, l'illuminazione a LED in tutto, i controlli digitali della temperatura con riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata e un grande bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio, doccia separata in piastrelle di vetro, doppio lavabo e molto spazio nell'armadio.,

Loved coming back to the SeaChase property after 25 years! I came here as a kid, and it is just as clean, fun and beautiful as I remember! Will always stay at Seachase. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed.

the listing was not what the condo was said it had recently been up dated it all needs updated there was only one elevator washer and dryer were barely working very old I come to the beach every year but never stayed at Seachase before and will not ever stay there again

Great views and property

Great views of the beach and pool close to the walkway and all of the amenities. Not all units have covered parking but this one dead we walked down the beach past other properties and this one had by far the chillest people and not overcrowded. Would gladly come here again.

Excellent beautiful property

This condo was awesome; very updated beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. We were on a girls trip and felt very safe there and everywhere we went. The balcony was great-great place to take pictures-just a boardwalk over to the beautiful beach. The pools and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. This unit looked out to the beach and the pool on the side balcony. I highly recommend this unit and will be back😁

Amazing

This Condo is amazing! I give it a 10 star! Highly recommend to everyone! Above and beyond our expectations. The pictures are amazing, which is why we rented it. Once we arrived it was more amazing and breathtaking than the pictures. We had 3 days of double red flags on the beach and 3 days of red/purple flags, due to the weather. So glad we had an awesome condo to spend quality family time together playing games and bonding and amazing pools. Awesome family experience. Wonderful memories for us that we will treasure for ever. Thank You to the owners for sharing their magical home.

We loved the updated decor and it was very clean overall. It has a quick & easy access to the pool area and beach. In the past, we've stayed at other complexes that required you to walk through long hallways etc. to access the elevator/stairs, which can be a pain especially when you have young kids. That was not the case here! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Reviewer Comments: Seachase never disappoints, pools the Hot tubs are very nice, the kids pool is very good, My 3 year old Grandson just loved it, However Thursday night, there was a large gather of adults and Kids playing very loud music, I called to complain but nothing was done Friday night was worse, no security doing there job to stop it. I’ve stayed at Seachase with my Family and we’ve met other people now friends here and we all come back every year. I was told you’ve started renting to people for 3 nights which I believe brings in lower standards of people

We went for Spring Break with a group of friends/seniors who rented other units; ours was the best decorated, most modern and just beautiful. 5 stars for sure. The only negative is that there are really only the basics provided. You’ll be spending some money on TP, hand soap, paper towel, garbage bags etc., but there’s a Walmart right across the street and in easy walking distance. The beaches were beautiful, palm trees all lit up at night for a resort-like experience. Would definitely be back and rent this unit. Unit is exactly as described and pictured.
