Situato direttamente sulla spiaggia e si affaccia sulle bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca e sulla serenità del Golfo del Messico.

PULITO!! 3 camere da letto / 3. 5 bagni condominio può ospitare 8 persone.

Benvenuti nell'unità D1104 nel luogo turchese. Turquoise Place si trova direttamente sulle sabbie candite del Golfo del Messico ad Orange Beach, in Alabama. Questa proprietà è un resort premier che offre servizi di prima classe ed è il condominio più lussuoso della costa. Le nostre 3 camere da letto / 3. Il condominio 5 Bath si trova al 11 ° piano dell'edificio D (che è l'edificio con il fiume pigro) e dispone di oltre 2300 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale. La camera degli ospiti 1 ha un letto matrimoniale. Camera degli ospiti 2 ha 2 letti full size.

Il balcone privato di 400 piedi quadrati dispone di una griglia esterna con lavandino e vasca idromassaggio che consente di cucinare e rilassarsi con la vista libera del Golfo del Messico incontaminato. Il balcone è accessibile dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale.

La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici Sub Zero e Wolfe ... La chiamo cucina Dream ed è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare del pesce fresco. Abbiamo TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera da letto e il bagno padronale. La barra bagnata presenta un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino e un fabbricatore di ghiaccio. La lavanderia è spaziosa con una lavatrice e asciugatrice a carica frontale e un lavandino.

Beautiful condo and amenities

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The jellyfish were bad all week so we really enjoyed the pools, slide and hot tub on the balcony. The location is prime and the grill and the hot tub on the balcony was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

Amazing Balcony

Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. We had several issues with neighbors smoking pot and security was contacted. The master bed was comfortable. We did have an issue with the master bath outlets not working and had to call for assistance. They walked us through resetting the GFI receptacle (which is behind the master bath TV) and all was good. Communication was great with all parties. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place

Jason, the owner was Awesome! Beautiful place, amazing amenities, and spectacular view! Only part that was frustrating was their Front Office, will not let you hang on the beach until the rooms are ready. Jason let me know that they are strict about early check-in, but I missed the email. The public beach is less than a quarter mile down the street, so it all worked out. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great patio

This location had a great balcony equipped with a grill and hot tub. We spent a majority of our time out there. The rest of the condo was roomy and as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo, incredible view!!

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. We always search for a condo with lots of outdoor living area, and this one was perfect! The wicker sofa was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We will stay again.

Tranquil

The Condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and so roomy. We are already looking to book again. Communication was top notch throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend staying at this unit. Jason was super friendly and provided all the information needed for check in. Super easy and no hassle.The staff on property were extremely friendly. My grandson enjoyed hunting for the turquoise rocks hidden throughout the property. Fun for all ages.

Not Over the Hill

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this condo. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing day indoors when the fog was so thick that the ocean was barely visible from our unit. While the furniture wasn't the most comfortable, we enjoyed the hot tub! We picked this condo because of the hot tub and grill on the deck. It was a little disappointing that the grill wasn't working. Overall, though, we were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful stay

Aaaaahhhhhmazing!

Gosh, this place was gorgeous! Everything about it defied my expectations. The building is in a great location and is easy to navigate. There is plenty of things to do whether you decide to stay inside the condo or venture out. The unit itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything mentioned in the listing. Did I mention there was a tv in the master bathroom?!?! You can relax in the jacuzzi tub or in the hot tub on the balcony. It’s literally heaven. Is it sad that I’m already planning when I could come back? I loved it that much. 5 stars in every category.

Very spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Turquoise Place. The condo was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pools. Our only negative is that on our first full day the in unit hot tub required maintenance and drainage. We weren’t able to use it after this due to chemicals, draining and refilling. The temperature never made it back up warm enough. Very frustrating since we chose Turquoise Place due to this amenity.

First visit to Orange Beach

We had a great time!! The condo was wonderful! It was very nice. We LOVED the master bathroom shower because of its size. My kids loved their rooms as well. The hot tub was amazing. We were a bit disappointed that the grill wasn't working but we understood things beyond your control happen. We would definitely stay here again!!

We book an annual family beach trip in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Pensacola, Panama City or Destin. This is the BEST condo we’ve ever stayed at - exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Activities galore. Highly recommend.

First beach vacation for family.

The location was great for relaxing away from the normal touristy activities. Loved the enclosed and secured parking structure. The property was clean and it appeared that pride was taken to keep it maintained. On site beach chair and umbrella rentals were a huge benefit.

Perfect week for our girl’s trip!

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place but will definitely not be our last! We have been coming to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and this was our favorite complex and condo so far! Everyone was so nice and loved the space and atmosphere of the condo!

Perfect Stay!

I would definitely recommend this condo! The owner was wonderful to work with and the one small issue we had, he fixed so quickly!! The condo is HUGE and we enjoyed the comfy couch on the balcony so much!! The views are unreal out there! My only slight disappointment was the condo lacking coziness. There is no longer a living room rug and the beds could have had warmer/more luxurious bedding for this being one of the most high end condos in Orange Beach. But, I do understand this could be tough to keep up with so many renters lacking care of the condo. Overall, I would rate this condo 9/10.
