Questa unità al 5 ° piano è interamente rivestita di piastrelle con un divano letto e una sedia reclinabile nel soggiorno. Ci sono TV a schermo piatto nella sala da pranzo, camera matrimoniale lato spiaggia ed entrambe le camere degli ospiti. Godrai della straordinaria vista dal balcone frontale del golfo appena fuori dal soggiorno. Sunswept è situato direttamente sulla spiaggia di zucchero bianco che ti separa dalle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico. Questo condominio di Orange Beach si trova a sole sei miglia a est di Gulf Shores, in Alabama. Troverai moderni negozi direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. This condo was wonderful! Kitchen is stocked fully. I was surprised by how stocked everything was. From pots and pans, to random utensils, and tons of plates, bowls… Etc. it truly had everything we needed. Having three full bathrooms was a lifesaver for us! With seven of us there (me, my boyfriend and our 5 kids), we found the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to be a necessity. The condo also supplied many blankets and pillows. They gave us a good Headstart with several towels and washcloths in each bathroom. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each bed and mattress felt the same. They weren’t overly firm or overly soft… Our backs felt great every morning waking up. Location was perfect as we found ourselves across from the Walmart, which was very convenient. Property management was on top of everything as the back sliding glass door handle was broken when we arrived, but they were already notified and had someone come out on our first day to fix it. I’d definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the beach. It’s positioned so that you get the beach views from the back porch and one of the bedrooms. It was perfect.

2025 Orange beach vacay

Property was clean and beautiful in a perfect location on the beach. We could walk across the street to Walmart, Rouse's market grocery, souvenir shops and a couple of restaurants. I also appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms. There was plenty of parking so we could come and go without worrying about being able to find a parking spot when we got back. We also loved the large pool on red flag days. The pool was fully in the shade by 4 p.m. every day. The only thing I would change would be to add either a recliner or another chair with an ottoman for more seating in the living room and additional bathroom linens.

Great home away from home

We enjoyed our time at Orange Beach and this location was fantastic! They did a terrific job on updating this condo and it had everything we needed. We felt right at home!

Great family condo

This was a perfect condo for a big family. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it easier to get showers after beach and pool activities. Would definitely recommend staying there in the future. That being said, I saw a few reviews saying that the condo was dirty, and the furniture was worn. The condo was clean and the furniture wasn’t new but it was nice and the price was great. We were very happy and will definitely be back.

POOR CONDO 508

I stay at Sun Swept every year, but this time this condo needed a lot of attention. We had the management come and spray for bugs that we saw. The overall appearance was that the furniture was old and run down, the rug was so dirty it needed to be thrown away, and many items needed to be replaced or fixed. I'm sorry to say that we won't stay here again.

Good location, poor maintenance

The sunswept condominium room 508 was a great location for restaurants and stores but the room was in desperate need of renovation. Light bulbs need replaced, commode in middle bedroom ran continuously, lamp in middle bedroom is an electrocution waiting to happen, gfci on balcony doesn't work, chairs in living room need replaced, mold in bathrooms and a new paint job would help

The location was fantastic, close to everything especially the BEACH! The condo was clean and pretty much had everything we needed. Great place to have my family to help celebrate my birthday. We will be back... thank you for sharing.

Wouldn’t recommend!!

The balcony view is the only nice thing going on here. The check in process was easy and office staff was nice. But the condo was dirty when we arrived, stained furniture and dirty floors as well. Every mattress in this place is like 5” thick and so uncomfortable.. the dining table has 2 broken chairs that they obviously know about but haven’t replaced. Mold in the master bathroom. Honestly, I am astounded at the quality of this place for the price I paid. This is by far the worst condo I’ve ever stayed at. “Free wifi” that doesn’t even work is also highly annoying. 10/10 would not recommend.

Birthday Getaway

The Sun Swept is perfectly located right on the beach with shopping and restaurants across the street. Security is good. The building, grounds, and pool are clean and well maintained. We stayed in unit #508. It was a 3 bed, 3 bath at a very reasonable price. The unit needs some new furnishings and a little cosmetic work, but the beds were comfortable and view from balcony awesome. Great unit for budget conscience travelers.

Beach trip 2021

I have stayed at this property many times, 8 to be exact and this condo was not what I have stayed in before. Needs major work and updating!!! I didn’t look at pictures when I booked because of past experiences here. Well I will never do that again. The ladies at the desk were fantastic!! The property was clean as always and pool is very nice. But I’ll will always remember as in never again!

Overall it was a very good stay. However, the kitchen was not very well stocked with pots and pans. I had to purchase a sheet pan to cook biscuits. The master bathroom is not user friendly for older people. There is a jacuzzi type tub and a portion of the floor was built up about 8 to 10 inches to accommodate the piping. You have to step up to use the commode and from there the step down into the tub is quite a challenge.

Owner Needs To Know

The location is fantastic. The unit needs to be updated and minor repairs need to be attended. One office employee in particular was horrendous, unprofessional, disrespectful and made the mistake of being rude and snarky to my adult daughter. So much so that I returned to clarify the exchange between the employee and my daughter thinking that my daughter's recall of the conversation may have been exaggerated. I was shocked at this employee's attitude. When I asked her if I "may leave a note for the manager", she replied "no you can't". When she eventually acquiesced, she expressed annoyance and disapproval of my request of paper and pencil. I recorded the conversation knowing that this employee's recollection of our exchange would be very different than mine. I would have fired her immediately if she ever spoke to a guest in such a manner. Clean up the minor repairs in the unit, replace your office representation and you have a sweet and restful place to stay at a beautiful Alabama city.

Great view

The 3 bed 3 bath condo was comfortable and perfect for a ladies getaway trip. The rental was spacious and had a small kitchen for making meals. My only complaint is that the dryer was so loaded with lint that it didn’t dry until we sucked all the lint out with the vacuum. The kitchen also had bare minimum supplies for cooking and lastly, a hairdryer would be a nice touch. Other than that it was great for what we needed. The balcony had a Great view of the ocean and the pool.

Beautiful view

This property has a beautiful view. Upon arrival we noticed mold on the ceiling in the master bedroom. Pots and pans had been put away with dried food on them. The dryer would not dry and maintenance came to fix it the next morning. The green chair in the living room needs to be replaced. The bottom is busted out so when you sit down all you feel is the frame. TV remotes were all over the unit some with batteries some without backs and we had to go around and figure out which ones went with which TV. I would recommend this property but it does need some maintenance. We had a wonderful time and will be returning.
