Questo è un attico unico nel suo genere a Sunswept. Tutte le camere sono lato spiaggia con il padrone che ha il suo balcone sul golfo. Ci sono TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e in tutte le camere. C'è una grande cucina spaziosa con tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti. Godrai della splendida vista dall'altro balcone sul golfo, appena fuori dal soggiorno. Sunswept è situato direttamente sulla spiaggia di zucchero bianco che ti separa dalle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico. Questo condominio di Orange Beach si trova a sole sei miglia a est di Gulf Shores, in Alabama. Troverai moderni negozi direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. The property was as listed and had direct access to the beach. It was very relaxing to get up in the morning and watch the ocean while we had coffee. We ended up with a family emergency that delayed our checkout by a day, and the management company was very accomdatigreat to work with. We had a wonderful weekend vacation!

This is a beautiful rental. I used to own it and did some of the remodeling. It is still pretty.

Stay was great. The pool is always comfortable and clean. Rooms were well appointed. Office staff is as always very helpful and wonderful. Sunswept is a beautiful complex.

Cleanliness

The property was spacious. The floors were disgusting!! Everyone had black feet every day including my infant grandson. We bought cleaner for the floor. After cleaning feet were still black. The pent house roof top deck faced the parking lot. That was depressing.

it was very nice on the beach

I was very pleased with this property. Some of the concerns that others had were not on my radar. I would say that the hand rail was a little sticky, that maybe due to the humidity. The updates seam to still be in process, but they are on the right track. I would advise the upstairs bathroom is needing to have the floor covering replaced or repaired but it was minor. The master and the master bath were great. We visited during a tropical storm and some of the doors were not sealing fully, but again not a problem. I would stay again.

Needs repairs and a good cleaning.

We loved location. Easy to rent. Nice people in charge of check in and out. Loved how each bedroom had a deck and view of the ocean. This unit was just dirty. Mop was nasty so we couldn’t mop. Used a towel to get water up in kitchen and towel was brown from dirt. Leak in master bathroom. Refrigerator shelf was broken and handle about to come off door. No pot holders or anything to use to take anything hot out of the oven. Dust hanging from our bedroom ceiling. No rack in our closet to hang clothes. We paid a lot for a dirty unit. This could be a nice place with some repairs and deep cleaning. Not worth the money we paid!!!!!

Roomy condo!

Could tell that the property was recently remodeled. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Master bath and bath on main floor were awsome. But the bathroom in the other bedroom upstairs needs redone. We had a issue with the outlets in the master bath trip when using a hairdryer. In the bedroom on first floor there was a ton of dust on the ceiling. Condo could have been cleaned better. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
