Perched on the 11th floor, this condo offers mesmerizing views of sugar-white sand beaches and the soothing sound of crashing waves. This inviting space offers all the comforts of home plus tantalizing amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, and tennis courts. The private balcony allows you to immerse yourself in breathtaking views, embraced by a soothing coastal breeze. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, making it the perfect beachside getaway for your next family vacation.

Adjacent to the living room, the spacious dining area comfortably seats 6 at the dining table, supplemented by additional seating for 3 at the bar. Prepare delectable home-cooked meals for your loved ones in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all your cooking essentials. Adjacently located to the kitchen and dining area is a stackable washer and dryer, catering to all your laundry needs throughout your stay.

The master suite boasts a comfortable king-size bed with balcony access. The en-suite master bath features a spacious dressing area and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second guest bedroom presents a pair of twin beds. The shared guest bathroom, conveniently situated near the guest rooms, showcases a tub-shower combo.

Each bedroom is adorned with a Smart TV, featuring both Cable and streaming options, and High-Speed Internet is readily available throughout for your convenience.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.
