    La zona giorno è adiacente al balcone, con due pareti di vetro che guardano proprio sul golfo. Sbalorditivo! Il soggiorno ha tre divani, uno con un letto queen size, nonché tavolini con lampade, un tavolino e un tappeto decorato. Un centro di intrattenimento e una TV a schermo piatto garantiscono la visione del grande schermo.

    La camera da letto principale è piastrellata e ha un letto matrimoniale con una combinazione di colori corallo. Troverai due grandi comodini con lampade e un centro di intrattenimento con TV. C'è anche una sedia laterale e un tavolo. Il bagno principale ha ripiani in granito e un sacco di armadietti, con una doccia step-in e vasca idromassaggio separata, oltre a due lavandini. Hai anche una cabina armadio per tutti quegli abiti carini che porterai!

    La cucina comprende un bar con cinque sgabelli da bar color rosa caldo, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui un grande frigorifero e un piano cottura. Apprezzerai tutto lo spazio dell'armadio e il mobile bar nelle vicinanze con un refrigeratore per vino e un lavandino. C'è anche un'area di lavoro integrata e una sedia, se necessario. La vicina sala da pranzo ospita un grande tavolo da pranzo in vetro con otto posti a sedere.

    La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali con un comodino e una lampada e una combinazione di colori corallo e marrone. C'è un comò e TV a schermo piatto, nonché un bagno privato con combinazione doccia / vasca e ripiani in granito.

    La camera da letto thris ha un letto matrimoniale ed è adiacente al balcone. Ci sono due comodini e lampade, un cassettone con TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato con combinazione vasca / doccia.

This was our first trip to this area of Alabama. The condo was perfect for our family of 7. Check in was easy and the condo was very clean. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view from the floor to ceiling windows was amazing.

Family Getaway

Our kids, including spouses, came and we had a great stay. It was important to have nice, separate bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure comfortable space for the week. The floor to ceiling glass walls on two sides provided an awesome view. Furnishings were top notch. Would definitely come back!

Best Place We've Ever Stayed

This is the most beautiful condo we've ever staryed in. The views from every bedroom and kitchen/dining/living room are breathtaking. The furniture, fixtures, decor, fireplace, outdoor furniture, artwork, etc. are all exceptional. We will never stay in another unit!

Great location with fabulous views.

We have rented many places through VRBO. This property was just as advertised. Every room has a view of the east side of the beach. As a corner unit you also get the views west - nice location to watch the sun set. Our family includes 2 in their twenties and one 19 year old. All agreed that this is a great property.

Perdido Playcation

This property was amazing and a great location. It was convenient for the beach, pool, slide and lazy river. The staff was very helpful and professional. Everything in the condo and on property was clean and maintained. This condo was perfect for our family with a large kitchen and living area. The blackout curtains in each room were so nice. The patio had a gorgeous view and was awesome for the sunrise and sunsets. We highly recommend PW II.

Orange Beach

Have never had this type of VRBO before. ALL SUPPLIES NEEDED! I always over pack but the lack of supplies…salt,pepper,paper goods etc…Only 2 elevators working on first day and during the week.HOWEVER…VIEWS WERE BEAUTIFUL FROM THIS UNIT. BEDS COMFY AND LOTS OF PILLOWS.

Everything was amazing. We would, however, recommend a notebook with instructions for all of the remote devices. We never learned how to adjust the bedroom fans and the light with it! The maintenance crew was no help either. We especially enjoyed the fireplace. The recliners were great for my 95-year-old mother. Thank you.

The complex is great! Our condo had issues, blinds didn’t work so it was blinding in the living room, notified maintaince they didn’t respond until our last night. Toilet paper holder in bedroom was broken.

Repeat customers

We've stayed in this condo twice so far and enjoy it. Pros- You can park in the garage and walk straight into the unit from the garage without waiting for the elevator- huge time saver. Lots of space well stocked kitchen The floor is low enough to take the stairs if you don't have a lot of gear when the elevators are packed. Indoor pool is rarely crowded when you need a break from the sun or beach Splash pad is a nice spot for the little kids to play and get out their energy Cons Not the unit's fault but the elevators can take 20 min or more during peak times. We had some issues with hot water during our stay, particularly in the master shower. We would just shower in another room so it wasn't a major deal for us but we went with close family. The master bath only has a door between the bath and the bedroom (no door by the toilet) nether the door to the bathroom nor the door to the bedroom locks. A little bit of a pain when trying to have some privacy. After two visits I still can't figure out how to work the right side of the stove. User error I'm sure! Even though the unit has 4 bedrooms you're only guaranteed 2 passes. You have to purchase the passes through Brett Robinson and some cars will likely have to go to the overflow lot (which is really just a field about 10-15 min away). Again, not the unit's fault but a con of the property. We didn't have sheets for the pull out bed. When we went down to the front desk the security guard couldn't help (it was late) so we had to do without for the first night. Would seem like a simple request for sheets should be able to be accommodated by any person at any time. Next time we'll check for those things as soon as we check in! All in all we've stayed her twice and would return if/when we return to Phoenix West II. The property has some trade offs, but then again, they all do!

Condo was fantastic and very clean.

The only problem we had was the curbs in the parking deck. They are the color as the floor plus there was a light where we entered the parking deck from our room. My brother tripped over it and was bruised and had several cuts. You need to complain to Brett Robinson and have them paint them a different color. They also need to make sure the lights by the door is not blown.
