Welcome to Tradewinds #108! What a great complex in the perfect location! Walk to Adventure Island, Big Daddy's Arcade, Souvenir City, and many close by restaurants. Sitting DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, Tradewinds amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach directly in front of the complex. Got a large group and need more space? We also have 2 more homes in this complex, #906 & #1109, both 2 bedrooms, that can accommodate up to 8 more persons each! Just ask us!

This adorable 1 bedroom, 2 bath, updated condo is brand new to the program and expecting your 5 star review!! Step inside and you will find beautiful LVP flooring throughout, Shiplap walls, Plantation Shutters, fresh accents, updated cabinetry and countertops, and enough square footage for the whole family. The Primary Bedroom contains a King Size bed, TV, spacious closet, and private Full Bath with a beautiful tiled shower. Got littles? They will love sleeping in the twin over twin bunks just outside the bedroom. Got teens? The updated, queen pull out sofa bed in the living room will let them zonk out after a full day in the sun! Then, not to overload mom and dad's bathroom, there is an additional Full Bath just off the hallway for convenience with a shower/ tub combo. Also in the living area is a Large, Smart TV with plenty of seating for everyone, plus balcony access where you can sit outside and enjoy great sunsets and the beach activities of the day. Hungry? The fully equipped kitchen will assist in feeding the fam so you can head out for another adventure.

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

A Parking Pass is required and purchased upon booking. The pass is $40 and limited to ONE for this condo by the Homeowners' Association. The pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter for you upon your arrival.

The location and unit were great. The only issue during our stay was one of the 2 elevators was being serviced during the trip. Since we were on the first floor, we only had to climb one flight of stairs. It definitely was an issue at check out time though when everyone was waiting for the elevator. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Relaxing Vacation

Very nice remodeled condo. Nice view of the beach and quiet area. Short walk to pool, beach, and parking lot. Well stocked with most everything we needed. As the crowd came in for the music festival I noticed a security person helping visitors and answering any questions. There was a rowdy group at the pool that afternoon, but that was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall this was an excellent place for us older adults to relax and enjoy our visit. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect for family of four

Condo unit was as pictured, really beautiful. Lots of pros that outway the very few cons. Kids (10&9) said hall bunks were comfy as was the matress in the master. Extra blankets in closet smelled a little musty (not sure if it's just the closet or the linens) but host was notified at checkout.Kitchen essentials were well stocked, plenty of utensils, plates(melamine) and plastic cups. Skillets, pots & pans were in good shape, but bring your gallon pitcher for your sweet tea (only half gal) Nice size pantry and washer & dryer worked great. Never found a dust pan but there are 2 brooms. TV is great for the sports fans! We had a small problem connecting to the internet upon arrival, incorrect wifi password was on check in info, but reseting the router worked and we were able to get on. Reached out to host and response was in the time frame listed. View partial side with palm tree obstruction, no complaints there. The unit is closest to the parking lot, so your other view is of that. The only other con is the garbage shoot. It's located just outside the door, we are early risers but not everyone abides by the please only use between 8a-10 or 11p.( can't be certain which). On the other side are the stairs, perfect when you are on the 1st,so thats a pro for me personally. To the right of the building was another that is roughly the same size but to the left was several smaller single family condos/ houses so the beach did not seem crowded. Close to grocery and restaurants.
