Escape to the Gulf in style with this delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium. Nestled on the 4th floor of Phoenix on the Bay, this retreat offers a tranquil oasis for up to six guests.

Interior: Step into the bright and airy living area, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of the bay, lazy river, and lush green spaces. Relax on the queen sleeper sofa while enjoying entertainment on the large flat-screen television.
Unwind in the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and a flat-screen television, perfect for late-night relaxation. Indulge in the delightful master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sink vanity.

Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring tile backsplash, white appliances, a spacious island, and an adjacent wet bar for added convenience. Gather around the glass-topped table that seats four or pull up a stool at the breakfast bar which seats an additional four guests.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Wonderful condo & was spacious. I would have loved for the appliances to have been updated though & my kids bedroom had one of the outlets missing, bit of concern there for sure. Unfortunately, the shower was extremely small & you could definitely see the rubber part of the shower that had mildew on it. Wish the outdoor pools were heated so that we could use them, but at least there was an indoor pool that was. All & all it was a good stay.

Amenities Galore!

You will never need to leave this property! The lazy river/pool area is amazing, very relaxing and CLEAN! We liked the ability to bring our boat, rent a slip with trailer parking. The condo was clean, spacious and airy feeling. We look forward to a future stay.
