CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.

I love turquoise but the condo needs some upgrades the carpet in the bedrooms are worn and looks dirty couldn’t believe they still had carpet the furniture is looking worn we lost cable pretty much the whole time

We had a great time staying here! The condo was very clean and well stocked - plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Very spacious, comfy beds and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Check-in and communication with our hosts was easy and they responded quickly to any texts. The indoor pool area was great for my kids and super warm. The hot tub on the balcony was the icing on the cake. It was unavailable for two days while it was being serviced, which we were disappointed about, but it wasn’t that big of a deal since we just used the hot tub in the pool area. To anyone worried about the daily hot tub checks - they only take a minute and the employees doing the checks are efficient and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in Orange Beach area in the past but this stay was amazing. Our family of 6 adults and 4 children had plenty of room. The condo is spotless and amenities are great. Right on the beach!!! Never drove more than 5 miles to get groceries, gas or go to restaurants

We loved Turquoise Place and had so much fun there. This condo was extremely clean and well stocked. However the den furniture and rug needs to be replaced. The sofa and one chair are so uncomfortable!! The rug is very worn. Also the outdoor furniture is in bad shape. The hot tub was great!! Would not stay in this unit again unless furniture mentioned is replaced. Beds were comfortable but carpet also needs replaced. Really enjoyed the resort!

We had a fantastic stay!!! The condo was amazing, and the fireworks display was over the top !! Our only complaint would be the hot tub—wasn’t working properly even after being worked on. But we will definitely return next summer!!

Overall, we would come back to turquoise place specifically this condo! It was clean, updated and very spacey. A few things that were a little disappointing, check in, they the HOA, is extremely strict on check in time. After traveling 16 hours we were ready to just get out of car but they weren’t budging on letting us in early. Not the condos fault just the HOA. The elevators are extremely slow, sometimes we waited over 5 mins for an elevator. The binder ,the owners provide, for any extra tips and questions you might have is out dated. Restaurants were listed that now have permanently closed. We came across at least 6 spots that have closed. Also the website, turquoise place, the binder, and the pamphlet they gave us as check in states there is a heated pool, which we could’ve really used during spring break, and there is NOT. It’s stated in 3 different spots but no heated pool. So we never got into the pools because they were ice cold. The view from the condo is spectacular, love the lounge patio furniture and also the hot tub is so clean. They come check chemical levels daily. We would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Gulf Shores! Beautiful property and an absolutely amazing place to stay. Our condo had everything you needed, comfy beds, wet bar, large balcony with hot tub which we all loved! If you want top notch place to stay, this is it! My kids already asked when we can go back!

Originally from Alabama and flew in from Texas for meetings for our the week. We took this opportunity to meet up as i don’t get to see family as often i used too. This was a perfect spot and accommodated us all. We ate every one of our old favorite spots, stayed up and played games with the kids and enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise while watching the boats come through the pass. This place was nothing less than spectacular. We all said it was a perfect getaway.

The condo was beautiful and clean. It doesn’t say anywhere in the listing that the pool below condo is closed and construction occurring. Took my 87 year old mother to enjoy view from balcony and poll below. Couldn’t do either due to noise and pool closed. She had to stay in the condo the majority of the time.

We stayed at Torquoise Place and it was a Beautiful Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Construction was going on, so it was pretty loud. The patio hot tub was not hooked up. Overall, we had a Fabulous 2 week vacation and will definitely return.

Was a lovely month out of cold weather in January. Facility was very clean, bedding comfortable, plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We cooked a lot. Had plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, each having own en-suite bathroom and TV. Good internet access. One issue was TV. When unable to get picture, called and instead of sending someone was told multiple tries to fix myself (most I had already done). Finally sent a repairman and he found a system/building issue. This was very frustrating! Also multiple mornings had to pull box from back of TV in living room to unplug to reset. Only way to reach was standing on dining chair. Second issue was maintenance showing up unannounced multiple times. This included a Saturday evening at 6:30 to paint the front door! With three senior women it was unsettling to have knock at the door when you know no one there! Just a text to notify of someone showing sometime tomorrow would have helped. We all would return again.
