“Unfortunately, after completing the booking, I never received the entry code. On the day of arrival, I sent the host a message through the VRBO app but did not receive a response. I then contacted VRBO, and their attempts to reach the host were also unsuccessful.VRBO ultimately issued a refund. While en route to the destination, I was able to secure a hotel instead.
