This brand new unit is a true treasure, boasting the beautiful sun drenched light through every window in the home. This fresh one-bedroom unit is a perfect home away from home, with the town centre of Orange on your doorstep. This unit is self-contained with kitchen, open plan living and dining area, queen bed, separate bathroom/laundry and private off road car space. A quiet and private courtyard at the rear of this property. A short 7 minute walk to popular coffee shop, butcher and newsagent. 15 min walk to CBD

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around this property is very quiet with lovely neighbors. It’s a very short 7 minute walk to the popular byng street cafe, as well as greengate shopping centre which includes a newsgancy, butcher, hairdresser, takeaway food and a local grocer. All you need is within a stone throw of this property. It is also very close to the centre of town.

Orange has a variety of public transport options, including local Taxi service, Uber or buses to transport you to your destinations.

Thankyou to our hosts. Exceptionally well presented accommodation. Cozy on Clinton is located close to the heart of Orange with cafes within walking distance and only a short drive to most restaurants. We are so glad that we chose Cozy on Clinton, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The space and amenities that Cozy on Clinton provides makes it a far better choice than a hotel.

This place was spotless and with everything you'd need for a weekend, including coffee and well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable furniture, in a great spot where it's possible to walk to everything in town, and very quiet tucked away from the road. Milk in the fridge was the only thing missing, aside from that it was ideal.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely new apartment very much. It is situated well with less than a 5 min drive to the centre of town. Great off street private parking. All new and modern accommodation with outside seating area. Very comfy bed with a tv in the bedroom. Only problem is water from the shower ends up all over the bathroom floor, could be fixed with a shower door. Could do with a sandwich maker and a few more utensils in the kitchen but a great layout. These things will no doubt be rectified as it is still so new. If you put this property into Google maps on arrival make sure you add the a after the street number or you will get lost! Altogether a great stay and we would be happy to return.
