“Newly opened so everything is great. Staff is very professional, friendly and accommodating.
Room size is comfortable yet pretty standard.
Just an FYI if sharing the room, the door to the bathroom does not lock it just slides closed. ”

“Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.”

“The evening front desk was very rude.
I had called and questioned the person if they charged for dog's? She asked about what kind...and how large he was.
After I informed her he was 5lbs...I got the okay and the online says they allowed dog's...it DOES NOT say SERVICE DOG'S ONLY...
So the charge was more than the room but i had no other choice but to pay it ...it was already dark and the surrounding area was definitely not where I wanted to go searching for another room.

“We stayed only 1 night while taking my son on a college tour. The hotel was clean and room was updated. We had a view of downtown and the St. John’s River. Check in was great with Emileigh. She was so friendly and welcoming, and she continued to greet us when we walked through the lobby during the evening.
