“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Our room was "PERFECT".. No complaints... The restaurant and the staff were very pleasant... Could not say enough good things about them... The only complaint, the elevators did not work so well, and the location of the steps was not too easy to figure out.”

“Room had an ordor. Had to get air refreshener to remedy that. Room did not have a table or a chair. Had to use the bed to eat food. No soap had to buy soap. The ironing board was awful. Looks like part of it was broken. It was not stable. The iron was subpar. The front desk person was not friendly. Did not greet me at all. Did not even have a house phone in the room. Was not an good experience for me.”

“Bistro was very expensive. No included coffee or breakfast. 2 cups of coffee in room but not enough for two mornings for two people. Bathroom and bed very nice.”
