“The staff at this hotel were truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay very pleasant. That said, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some improvement. In particular, the areas around the outside of the showers and the floors didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to those details, this would be a much stronger overall experience.”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Evening parking was a complete and utter nightmare. I don't know if there was a special event going on or if it was because of the restaurant, but we were lucky to get one of the last spots in a lot far away from the main entrance. Otherwise we would have been forced to use valet parking. Definitely not enough parking on site and not conveniently located. It was raining the night of our stay which make the parking situation even more frustrating but also the way the rain hit the windows of our...
