“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“The staff was really nice and very helpful. Eventhough i was staying in a ''non smoke room'' the entire 3rd floor smelled and sometimes i could smell it in my room too, it was very unpleasant. The room only had 2 towels and there was 3 of us so i had to ask for an extra one, toilet paper as well. I also had to ask front desk for our room to be cleaned as we were already 3 days in and they hadn't come up to give us new trash bags or toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic but i enjoyed it, altough...

“Room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel could use a freshen up as carpets in hallways are dated and dirty. The walkway from the from the pool area to the parking lot can use some repair.”
