“This is a super cool place to stay. The decor is nicely done, the restaurant is excellent and its walkable to main street attractions. We would stay here again if we were in the area.”

“The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“TV stopped responding to remote. We then attempted to manually change channels and power TV off from the unit controls. Nothing worked. We had to unplug the TV to turn off. Then it wouldn't turn back on!”

Giving it 2 stars because the room itself was okay I booked a five‑night stay and had a travel delay, so I called the hotel repeatedly to let them know. No one ever answered. I had to contact my third‑party booking site, and they were able to reach the hotel’s reservations department, who noted my late arrival. “The only thing was the smoke detector was chirping all day and night (room 326). Lloy-Ann replaced the battery and it didn't help. She did offer to switch out our room, but we declined. Otherwise, we loved our stay. That's our hotel any time we are in White Plains, NY, for a church convention. We highly recommend. Thank you, Baymont by Windham staff. God bless you.
