“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“The staff at this hotel were truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay very pleasant. That said, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some improvement. In particular, the areas around the outside of the showers and the floors didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to those details, this would be a much stronger overall experience.”

“Great breakfast, very clean, comfy beds, the staff was friendly, and the pool was very warm. Only thing I’d note is the parking lot. Parking is limited at the front of the hotel and I got back late one night and the door at the back lot would not open with my key. I had to walk to the front which is not my favorite thing to do when traveling solo.”
