“The room was amazing! Very high end. The ice machines did not work on any of the floors. I called down to the front desk and was told that they would bring me ice up to the room. This never happened. Would be great if there were microwaves and mini fridges but other than that, would highly recommend.”

“We have an EV the front desk gave us a key fob to activate it. They only have one. If someone else has it you cannot charge although the charge was free. The bathroom wall by the shower head had mold on it as the water was spraying the wall. The bathroom door was warped probably from the water leaks. We were on the second floor and the people upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants. Every time we went to the desk no one was there. I had to yell hello many times to get someone.”
