“The staff here seem to not care about guests. After notifying them online i would be late arrival well in advance they made zero effort to leave ne a note. Lobby was locked no one was around. No note to call # almost left finally soneone showef up. Room was 57 degrees. Next am shower would not turn on valve was broken. “Wow, where to start? My room was dirty- sticky debris on the floor and on the counter in the bathroom. I didn’t even want to walk in the room with my shoes and off it was so grimy. Sheets smelled clean but looked dirty (e.g. hair, stains). There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and at one point I could see it wafting in the hallway despite the rooms being non-smoking. “The manager/owner was very responsive when I asked for a clean bedspread, as the one in our current room had pet hair all over it. I asked for a clean bedspread and he graciously moved us to a new room that was also an upgrade at no additional charge.
