“I was in Newport for a family & Friend celebration weekend to launch a law school career and stayed at OYO Waves because it was close to our venue and highly recommended. I was very happy with my large, modern, renovated, light filled room. I had an ocean front room and it was magnificent to be steps away from the ocean! The staff was also friendly and helpful. There was even breakfast included, access to a large fitness facility with swimming pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. I’d definitely stay...

“Easy check in, friendly staff. Russell grabbed pool towels so our son could swim right after check in. Pet friendly. Nice touch to offer chowder, freshly baked cookies, flavored water in lobby. Complimentary breakfast was good. Close proximity to beach. Definitely recommend.”
