“Everything was wonderful airport shuttle was quick and polite, rooms were clean, many restaurants to choose from to walk to. However the lady that checked us in upon arrival was anything but friendly. Not a single smile, quite rude and snippy when talking to our family. She couldnt have cared less if she tried. The gentleman beside her checking in other guest was warm and friendly, wish we had him to check us in would have started our stay on the right foot. The rest of the staff was amazing,...

“Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was in excellent condition and the staff was super friendly. The room never got really cold, but it did stay comfortably cool. Breakfast was yummy, and the location was perfect—super close to Universal, which was the whole reason for our trip. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again! 😊”
