Your Cozy 3 BD Home w/ Private Hot Tub & BBQ Grill

Relax in this cozy 3-bedroom home located within the renowned Windsor Palms Resort, a gated community offering 24-hour security and fantastic amenities for the whole family. This property is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably.

In case of any questions, needs, or issues, you can reach out to us by app, text message, email, or phone.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia

The temp in Florida during our stay was 99 F. The air conditioning in the house was not working for over 24 hours. The thermostat wasn't working. The owner was notified of the issue but did not respond to our concern for over 13 HOURS. Once the thermostat was fixed, the temp in the house was 101 F and it was past 8 p.m. at night. At 11:30 p.m. the temp was still 76 F.
