“The key cards didn’t work so we were at the mercy of any available staff to let us in the room. Would have been nice to get a discount on the room or next visit.”

“The air conditioner made loud noises randomly so we had to turn it off at night. It was 95° out. They did bring us a fan. Breakfast was not so good. Dried up eggs, no decent bread, food ran out at 8;30, no water and one of the juice dispensers had run out. I’m not sure what the sausage patties were made of. The windows were dirty. Other than those things, the rooms were clean, the staff was very attentive.”

“we checked in a half hour after check-in, and our room was not quite ready. they were just waiting on the duvets to be dry and make the beds. we didn't mind, and they let us in so we could get ready for our event and then nicely made the beds up while we were out. the staff was super kind and very helpful. would stay here again!”
