Hotel a Orondo

“Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. ”

“No one explained that you needed to use your key card to turn on the light. And I arrived after dark so was not able to see anything in the entry to figure it out myself. I spent my stay with only one bedside light (the other one didn’t work) and a desk light. Very inconvenient when there is no lighting in the bathroom. Didn’t call front desk as there no lighting to read the options in the phone.”

“Clean room, nice staff. This is the first time we stayed in the back row of rooms. Our bathroom had an odor to it. It dissipated with the fan on and the door open but it took several hours to go away. It might have been cleaning supplies. The only suggestion I would have, is to remove the coffee maker from the bathroom. Anyone who uses that machine is making poo particle coffee from the toilet flushing. The hot tub was great! Overall, our experiences here have been amazing, so I will give...

“Dates rooms and false advertising in respect to breakfast. If they are running any conference or event, guest eat in the tiny lobby with to table and terrible food. Toilet clogs frequently and they know it and expect you to clean it yourself. Pool area is dirty and not appealing. pictures are deceiving. Skip the hotel if you can, there are better around,”

“Older Motel that has been upgraded and maintained very well. We would definitely recommend and stay there again. Oh and bed was very comfy!”

“This place is spotless!! The staff is always cleaning. Breakfast was amazing…if I ever get back to East Wenatchee, I would definitely stay here and will let friends And family knoe also. “Wife slipped and fell in the shower and sprained her wrist .. the hotel used something to make the tub shell so slippery .. had the night manger come up to check and he even said the same thing still havent heard a response after telling them 4 times i want a update Wenatchee sunnyslope location ”

“This is always our favorite place to stay. From the moment we walk thru the door with our little furbaby we are all greeted with smiles & above and beyond customer service. From a fast check-in, to a free room upgrade- this hotel makes your stay cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious. Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, oatmeal with all the fixins, and much more...
