“Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming. ”

“Amazing hotel. Clean, friendly staff, awesome and huge hot tub, and great continental breakfast. The bed was super comfortable. The pillows were labeled soft/firm so you could choose your preference. The room also had blackout curtains so we slept soundly. Very quiet, never heard anyone outside of the room. 10/10 recommend. ”

“I would like to express our deepest gratitude for the extraordinary service we received. While the entire staff was very kind, the help we received during our departure left us speechless. On Thursday, February 12th, our car wouldn’t start as we were trying to leave. My 81-year-old husband went inside to ask for help, and a staff member came out immediately with an incredible attitude of service. I unfortunately missed his name, but his helpfulness was outstanding: he noticed a nut was missing...
