“Nice and clean and friendly staff”

“Clean hotel with helpful staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious, with dairy-free options and plenty of healthy toppings for the prepared oatmeal. The coffee machine worked well, and the area was well stocked. The gym was well-equipped and clean. My only complaint is that the parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of because it's on a busy road, and there was a lot of road noise all night.”

“The room was nice but not very clean. We had to clean the desk chair by the way it was stained who knows what was done on it. All the tabletops and nightstands were filthy and had water marks from glasses from the prior visitors. Soap and shampoo pumps ran out, and we were only there for two days. We have stayed there before it has been much better but this time not so good.”

“Housekeeping cleaned room daily. The pool looked inviting, but I did not use. The ice machine never swemd to run out. The front staff was helpful and friendly.”

“The room wasn't clean. There was mold in the "What to Do" book located in the desk drawer. All the surfaces were streaked and had a greasy film. I wasn't willing to spend the night. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Expedia was great to refund my money and help me find another room at a clean hotel.”

“Lots of parking available. This hotel is big, but not well maintained. It has a certain type of stench. Rooms are big too, but again stains on the carpets, ripped carpets and broken furniture. Pigeons all over the property and specially pooping in the balcony. Swimming pool and hot tub was nice, but we did not use it due to our tight schedule. Breakfast was nice, but in one of the incident they just filled some water in the waffle batter when someone requested to get the new one since it was not...
