Hotel vicino a Orpheum Theatre - Phoenix

“The property is so unique in a very cool way. The room had a small kitchen and a table. The bed is in a nook. Our room had a couch that slept our son. The pool and hot tub were on the 8th floor and were wonderful. There was a weight room and a bball half court. All amenities were clean and attractive.”

“Beautiful hotel but restaurant and rooftop bar were understaffed and every chair at the pool was reserved with no one in the seats till later in the day with no seats available for others. Very disappointing”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”

“Horrible customer service”

“The room was clean, and we loved the apartment style room. The hotel was quiet which was very appreciated. The room came with a Roku tv with several streaming apps available to sign into. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The only issues we had was the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find because the sign listing Placemakr is only on one side of the sign. The way we turned in, you couldn’t see it until you had passed it. I also wish that parking was included in hotel...

“Buon hotel, vivace in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro. Parcheggi nei paraggi, il valet parking è carissimo 40$, evitatelo. Non c’è la piscina ma una sorta di vasca non balneabile sul tetto, ma un ottimo roof top vista città. ”
