“Very nice clean hotel. They were doing construction during our stay but we hardly notice. Great location if you are attending an event at the Mortgage Matchup Center. It right across the street.”

“Buon hotel, vivace in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro. Parcheggi nei paraggi, il valet parking è carissimo 40$, evitatelo. Non c’è la piscina ma una sorta di vasca non balneabile sul tetto, ma un ottimo roof top vista città. ”

“A good value! Really clean , newly renovated, quiet, safe and just as advertised,and good location to downtown events. Pool was chilly but not for long as it’ll be hot soon. and gate keypad didn’t allow access once. Much appreciated a delayed check out. ”

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“albergo vecchissimo e non molto mantenuto. la prima stanza puzzava di muffa, mi è stata cambiata ma non è cambiato molto. scarafaggi sulle porte. wifi praticamente inutilizzabile. da evitare”
