“L’appartement est parfait, comme sur les photos avec une terrasse privée ainsi qu’une terrasse partagée sur le toit. Celle-ci comprends chaises, chaises longues et bain tourbillon. Aussi, la cuisine avec un gros îlot était génial. L’appartement était très propre aussi. La seule chose qui nous a dérangé et qui m’empêche de mettre un 5 étoiles c’est les communications avec les propriétaires. J’ai réservé en février pour un séjour en juin. J’ai reçu une confirmation de réservation à ce moment...

“Very nice flat in the historic center of Siracusa (Ortigia). The communication with the owner was perfect before and during our stay. Roberta met us in order to take us to the flat, as we lost our way through the maze of tiny streets... She was very kind and told us a little bit about the connections to the bus station and to the main sightseeing highlights. The flat is as described and shown in the photos: the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable and the terrace with sea view...

“Very misleading. Unfortunately most of the outdoor pictures are literally from a different area of the city. The outdoor dining was a pile of trash and wood in the corner of a dusty dirty courtyard, nothing at all like the pictures. Spiders everywhere inside. I get it, old city is old city but there was months of opportunity to tell us the truth about the state of the place. Not impressed at all. Please be truthful. Update some pics and DELETE the ones that you know shouldn’t be there. Oh...
