Hotel per fare shopping a Ortigia

"For check-in we had to write a whatsapp text to find someone. In reply not even a “good morning”, “welcome”,.. then this person on the phone just said someone was at the reception when no one was and hence shared a phone number. Room was dark and unwelcoming but that’s ok. The cleaning was not done, after walking 5min in the room my sockets turned completely white, the towels in the bathroom were stained, the bathroom aspiration was completely disgusting, the shower was dirty and there was nothing to hold the soap (one very small soap was provided) in the shower. Camping experience would have been much better. Paint everywhere is missing, shower is falling appart. There is so much to say. When leaving we wanted to let the hotel know but did not even said anything since a nice couple tried just before us and the lady at the reception said it was not accurate and bathroom were renovated 2 weeks ago which is obviously a lie"

Colazione standard, ma assortimento più che accettabile e di buona qualità."
