“All the staff were very courteous. From check-in to departure was pleasant. The second floor bar, The Eddy, was comfortable with delicious cocktails. The restaurant offered delicious wines and pastas! We ordered a light dinner from room service one evening and it arrived in the cutest picnic basket! And the lobby area is roomy and comfortable to just hang out, have a coffee, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit. ”

“I was there for the Big Sugar gravel ride, and the staff was so accommodating - let me keep my bike in my room and also let me clean up and change in a locker room area after I'd checked out. It was convenient to bike to the start on the pathway. Also, I noticed (too late to use!) the bike wash station outside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the facilities, restaurant, etc. but it all seemed great. ”

The rooms have more than enough outlets for USB devices to charge. Large televisions, as well as a little kitchenette that comes in really handy to reheat leftovers after eating out. Element has the best free hotel breakfast, hands down, with options for vegetarian and vegan diets. There’s always a lovely lady there making a different...

“The staff, especially Ren at the front desk made our stay in Bentonville with their friendliness and their energy. We were especially happy to be able to park our 4 bikes in our room and we were also given the option of keeping them in a locked room near the front desk if they didnt fit (they fit)”
